(8.05 a.m. AEST) – Princess Cruises will homeport in Tahiti in 2020, the first time the line has sailed from Papeete since 2015.
Five 10-night cruises will sail round-trip from Papeete and explore Tahiti's sparkling lagoons and white-sand beaches in October and November 2020. Every voyage includes overnight calls in Papeete and Bora Bora, as well as a late-night stay in Raiatea. Additional ports includes Huahine, Rangiroa, and Moorea.
“Tahiti and French Polynesia lure travellers from all over the world seeking pure unspoiled paradise, snorkelling, swimming adventures and relaxation,” said Jan Swartz, Princess Cruises president. “With our return to Tahiti in 2020, Princess Cruises offers the best way to explore this remote island life aboard our intimate Pacific Princess.”
Pacific Princess caters to just 670 guests and offers a friendly and welcoming cruise experience with a similar atmosphere to staying in a manor house or country inn.
