We are retired,we holiday at least 6 times a year and at the Glasgow cruise show in 2016 we were taken in by this cruise as it was somewhere we had wanted to go for years it sailed from a port only 90 miles from our home and we had a free few week, so why not!. We saw everything we hoped we would see and it was lovely. However, the ship itself was very poor. Within an hour of boarding the Captain informed us that there was a "level 3 sanitation" in progress. Loved the idea of a cruise with my partner and to see the fjords. We are in our 30s!! We were the youngest on the ship by a couple of generations. Embrakment was quick and easy. Cabin was very basic and no different to that of an overnight ferry. Food was very basic and consisted of meat or fish in sauce.
