A bit of a mixed bag. We had been on Balmoral before and it was not as good this time. The ship was great the embarkation was good and the disembarkation was a very smooth operation and crew could not do enough for us. Wonderful holiday. Small ship compared to some but lovely. Spotlessly clean. Food amazing and Norway is just fantastic. The service for drinks and at dinner was slow and that's only criticism. We chose this cruise because it was easy to get to the port from Scotland. The itinerary was good as we had never been to Bremen, Kiel or sailed the canal.
