This was our 5th transatlantic and 1st back to back cruise. Things have improved in NYC terminal as far as organization of embarking passengers. We had a "balcony" cabin (somewhat smaller than what we have had in the past) which was fine. The food/bar and housecleaning/general staff went above and beyond and are second to none. We choose this cruise for the ports. Unfortunately due to the seas we missed St. John’s and Dublin. Weather cannot be helped and everyone’s safety is most important. How to ruin a great ship, add lots of dinning rooms, charge extra for most, add more reservations, provide lousy service, call it dynamic dinning. Be aware menus repeat after only a few days in the complimentary dining rooms.
