We love the megaships and have never been to western carribbean, so this seemed to be a perfect getaway from the cold northeast weather. Ship is beautiful and very clean. Picked cruise because RT from NYC was easy. Did not think I'd like big ship that holds 5,000, but wrong! Loved the ship! So many choices aboard-restaurants, activities, shows-loved so many options for two week cruise. Loved swimming laps in outdoor 6" deep adult pool that had quiet times when hardly anyone was in it (between 8-9am for example)

Communications between the ship and passengers was horrendous. We waited on line for hours to check in to get onboard with no explanation. We were not allowed back on the ship in Port Canaveral for over an hour with no explanation.
