Sailed on a 5 day NCL cruise from NY to Bermuda. This was my 6th NCL cruise and definitely enjoy the NCL freestyle experience. This cruise was no different. As always with NCL we received the free at sea promotion and definitely took advantage of the drink package throughout. We love NCL; this was our fourth cruise with them. Started with a weather issue and Bermuda drop as a port; we did not find this out until we were in the check-in line. Not a problem, no one can control the weather! With this change, our itinerary was reversed from the original plan. Boarding time didn't start until around 11AM, but once we were on board, we were amazed by how uniquely beautiful this iconic Costa ship was. Overall a good value for the money as it was an easy drive into the city. The ship was clean and maintained well inside and out. We enjoyed sitting outside on deck five in the various areas. We booked the world cruise for 116 nights but are home now after the horror show put up by this cruise company. We decided to come back in 80days because,the ship kept on running out of food. No choice for vegetarians except for salad (which is good for cows not human being). Ran out of fruit juices. Cancelled 10ports. Food if ever it was available it was inedible as it was under cooked. ...

I hate to do this because I have had several great experiences with NCL but this cruise was HORRIBLE and a huge disappointment. Main dining room food terrible, long waits. Specially dining, food and staff very good. Our cruise departure from NYC was delayed by 2 hours due to the previous cruise experiencing “bad weather.” We were scheduled to be in Bermuda Tuesday-Friday morning.
