Beautifull and luxury ship, very clean, the crew as freedom class ship very nice people, ready to help and very good service everywhere. The workers were all very unhappy and mad. The service was awful and the food was even worst. There was very little for Children and teens to do and there were long lines for everything. The bars could have had events but they did not even try. Unless you plan on eating at the buffet everyday and sit in your room doing nothing than you will be very sorry you took this cruise. We had a very bad experience on this ship. What is BAD: 1. When we arrived at the port, they had us stand in line for > 1hr, even though we did an online checkin. There were also no sign at the port, no one knew where to go. 2. We tried to make several entertainment reservations on the ship using their app, which just failed completely.
