Enchanted Nov 22 Review
Back home from the Nov 5-19 Enchanted from NY to Caribbean to Lauderdale:
So my assessment - I was very pleased with the cruise compared to our first post Covid in March 2022, which was a transatlantic on the REGAL. On the March Cruise, we missed three ports, had terrible Medallion service (received a refund) and the food was not Princess standard fare.
I would ...
It was the first time we had travelled with Princess having been on Royal Caribbean, NCL , P&O and MSC numerous times. We didn't have high hopes as such and just wanted to chill out and have a good time. The ship itself was nice with some modern touches with the medallion. When it worked it was great but sometimes you could order and then be waiting half an hour before you knew your drinks would ...
We chose this cruise for the ports and also the departure from New York as it gave us a chance to visit the Big Apple prior to sailing. We truly enjoyed the 14 night cruise. The ship turned 1 year during our stay. We upgraded to a premium deluxe balcony which was beautiful and was always kept very clean by our attentive stewart Armando. Dining options are plenty. The food was very good and we ...
One doesn’t even know where to begin on how cheap Princess has become. This is ship is the poster child for corporate greed and cutting corners. A new ship that looks pretty but it stops there.
if you have absolutely no taste buds then the food onboard is for you. If you eat anything remotely healthy or want anything fresh you are in for some real disappointment. The food is so low grade just ...
This was the 1st Princess cruise I had ever taken but I have to say it was absolutely the best cruiseline I've ever been on. There were so many things to do onboard the ship. I never got bored. The cruise director and her assistant were the best of any cruise I've ever taken. They were so much fun. On the next to the last night of our cruise there was a party on the Lido deck and everyone, ...
This was our 4th cruise with Princess (P&O twice and 1 Celebrity) and sad to say, the worst one. The ship itself is lovely, slightly different in so much as no late night top bar, which we missed. I will summarise below on the plus's and minus's
Cabin - Nice but balcony was smaller than the ones we have had on previous cruises. Our patio door had to be lifted and pulled open, we did report ...
We chose the cruise due to hearing such great things about princess. There was absolutely nothing to do onboard besides shop... As two 30yr olds on our honeymoon it was completely boring on the days at sea. We found ourselves in our extremely warm cabin since the a/c didn’t seem to work. Even after complaining it still wasn’t fixed. Staff for the most part was great but doesn’t make up for the ...
We did the repositioning cruise on the Regal Princess from New York to Fort Lauderdale. We have not been to New York before and thought it was a great opportunity to tick this off our bucket list. We have previously done 2 cruises on The Royal Princess and loved this class of ship and the Regal did not disappoint at all.
We j had just two days in New York but seemed to pack in a lot of ...
We had been dedicated to the Princess Cruise line after a great experience with them. This 10-day, 3-port cruise was expected to be more of that same great experience. However, it was NOT!
The food was horrible, the crew was in a bad mood/attitude and it showed. It was bad enough that we are probably going to cancel the cruise that we already had booked for 2020.
Princess is no longer ...
We chose this cruise for the length and where it left from. Overall, it was disappointing. My wife is used to being wow'd by the bartenders and they were very matter of fact and unwilling to try to make any drink that was not on the menu. The dining room menu was also subpar with Tilapia and spaghetti and meatballs in the main dining room. Best part of the trip was the entertainment. The cabin ...
