After 20 cruises I found the New England/Canada cruise to be so delightful I’m ready to go again. I’d rate in my top two. Great itinerary, cabin, dining options, entertainment, staff and excursions. The decor was beautiful with Italian emphasis. It exuded class. The ship indoor and out was meticulous. I highly recommend this ship and cruise to anyone considering a cruise to New England and ...

October 11-13 Pre-Cruise Background: We had a group of 12 adults, from 59-88 years old. Four of our group had never cruised before; the balance had cruised, some frequently. Activity levels varied. All of us live in the Southeast US. Six of us spent a night at the Hampton Inn Airport Atlanta pre-cruise which worked out great. We kept our cars there free for a week and for a small ...

We spent a week in NYC prior to boarding (and it was hard to leave)!! Our cabin was a great surprise as it was stated an 'obstructed view' but there was NO obstruction! The cabin was room and the steward was more than helpful. The ship (Crown Princess)is a beautiful ships with many public areas, restaurants and bars. Entertainment was coordinated so that you could see two outstanding shows in one ...

This review comes fresh from our adventure, as we are still in the airport awaiting our return flight home. We disembarked the Crown this morning. Our cruise dates were 10-13 through 10-20-07. Let me start by saying that this was our first cruise. My husband & I are 36 & 31 yrs old (respectively). We traveled with my parents who are 49 (mom) and 53 (dad). It was their first cruise as well. We ...

BACKGROUND: DH is 51 and I am 50, we are self-employed and we have cruised previously on RCCL, CCL AND HAL. We wanted this itinerary, but wanted to try a different cruise line. This was our 8th cruise. GETTING TO OUR EMBARKATION PORT: We left a day early and flew to LGA from Atlanta via Air Tran. Our flight left on time, arrived on time, no delays; no problems with our luggage and all went ...

This was our first cruise and we decided to go on the Canada/New England out of the Brooklyn Terminal in New York. The average age on this cruise was probably early to mid 50's. We are in our mid 30's and the age difference did not bother us. We flew to NY early in the AM on our departure date, despite doing circles over Penn, everything went as expected. We had the dreaded cabin B751 with the ...

7 Day (Sat.- Sat.) New England/Canada Cruise on September 29, 2007 Embarkation This was very smooth and fast. Went straight to our cabin (2:10pm) to drop off carry on and look out at the Statue of Liberty from our ...

First off we booked this cruise when we received an email from Princess with greatly reduced rates. We booked an outside cabin for $499 plus taxes. Great price. Although there were a few minor glitches, overall this could be one of the best cruises we have taken. (This was our fifth Princess cruise, we have also sailed Royal Caribbean three times and once on Celebrity). It was not the ports that ...
