My wife and I have never cruised before. My mother has cruised on several different cruise lines, but this was her first time on NCL. We have always been told to expect 5-star service from the cruise line and 5-star food on cruises. We will never cruise with NCL again. I found out that taking a cruise from New York is not a good idea. The worse part is getting to the cruise port. The Taxi driver really don't care how they drive. We were being driven to the cruise port and 7 taxi drivers pulled out in front of us. We were blessed with an exception driver that was able to slam on the brakes at the right time.
