We chose this cruise because of the itinerary being that it was going to the Panama Canal. We just got off the Dawn today. We were in cabin 10706 balcony cabin. It was a great room. Comfortable close to the aft elevators and very quiet. A lot of people said the crew was very unfriendly. 14 day itinerary very appealing; I know I wasn't going to be thrilled with the ship itself and it didn't exceed my expectations. The itinerary and weather were superb. But what make it 5 stars was the excellent level of service. It brought me back 10 years from when I first started cruising. Ncl must have focused on service because I noticed the difference. There was plenty of cheerfulness and attentiveness.
