About us, DH is 74 and I'm 61. This was my 6th and DH's 5th cruise with NCL. We were in a SF suite, 10666.
This was one of our fastest embarkations ever! We arrived at the pier just before noon and were sitting in Cagney's by 12:15! Yes we had the VIP line, but all lines were very short and moving right along!

Do not know where to start but we found everything but the entertainment terrible! The free style dinning let us every night with poor service; long waits before coffee and dessert. We felt that the staff already knew they were getting paid so why bother? We were not giving the opportunity to not tip them as this is automatically placed on your account each day.

We were scheduled on the Norwegian Jewel Jan 20th to Feb 1st out of NYC. Because of winter weather, we decided to spend the weekend in the city, and not worry about the potential problem. This 12 daycruise to the Caribbean was just a way to get away from thewinter weather of the northeast. We are experience cruisers with some 35 cruises prior to this one with Cunard, Holland America and Celebrity and several with NCL.
