Do not know where to start but we found everything but the entertainment terrible! The free style dinning let us every night with poor service; long waits before coffee and dessert. We felt that the staff already knew they were getting paid so why bother? We were not giving the opportunity to not tip them as this is automatically placed on your account each day.

NCL has ever been our favorite cruise line but this time they have hit a new low. This was our third cruise on NCL and each one has gone down hill. We sailed with NCL on Norwegian Jewel Jan 6 2013 to Jan 18 2013, and the following were some of our issues, observations and problems.

First of all, I'm a cigar smoker, and it states on their site, "you can smoke in the Cigar Bar or designated smoking lounge". Well, there is no smoking lounge and the Cigar Bar has been moved outside so if it's cold and/or windy, there's literally no place on the ship to enjoy a cigar in comfort.
