We picked this thinking it would be a good adventure. NYC cruise port,problem long lines waiting, hard on elderly, when a women asked for a seat,quote you can sit on the floor. Staff delivered food , drinks,none for passengers. Shame

We had to line up for hours outside the terminal in NYC in freezing temps, I saw an ambulance take away an elderly man who collapsed.

Embarkation: Staff in NYC were friendly and efficient. We were in our room on the ship at 11AM (although the ship had been empty for 3 days).
