Got off the Bliss in NYC on Sunday the 15th had CDC Waiting for us to take our Temps as we walked off. NCL was told day 2 that a 2 year old on the 03/01 sailing tested positive, And then EVERYTHING Changed. They did not tell Any One on the ship until the 15th a day After we got off. Their was a family quarantine in their room on our floor (10) until they got off in Nassau.

Embarking was a breeze they had it all together but disembarking was a HOT MESS one of the links wasnt working so everyone had to pour out of 1 door.
The boat is new and clean - the observation room is AWESOME and I liked H20 the adults only area - except no one enforced "adults only" and even with a sign people brought their kids to the adults only area until someone would complain and they ...
The overall experience on the Norwegian Bliss was just alright. One of the things you need to be prepared for is the constant service fees, 20% gratuity charges (which is already paid for ahead of time, so you shouldn't have to pay again) and other fees for relatively stupid things. Half of the ports we went to, we needed to be tendered in, which was a real pain. It would delay the whole day by at ...
Too many people for the number of elevators always a wait, long walk from cabins to elevators. Exits are long walk for elderly cruisers.
Add on charges for service costly upcharges for drinks etc, Prices for drinks limits the number of drinks people order.
Drink package options very poor, drinks costly with add on service charges and gradtuity
Long walk for elderly

I was so looking forward to this 14 day Southern Caribbean cruise out of New York. First the good. The ship is beautiful. Our cabin steward Guilson was amazing. That’s about where it ends. I was one of those fools who bid on and paid for an upgrade to a spa mini suite. Having experienced the thermal spa before, I knew we would spend time there. So even though my bid was on the higher end, I was ...
I am writing this aboard the Norwegian bliss 14 days out of New York to the Caribbean
I had booked this is very last minute the day before Sailing and I booked an inside Guarantee but when I got to the ship terminal Around 12 o’clock they could not find any cabin for me so basically I sat in the terminal until 4 o’clock when they finally found me a cabin.
Even though I paid for an inside ...
I’ve been cruising with ncl for ten years but I have to say some of the island’s we we visited left a lot to be desired Puerto Rico was a mess absolutely nothing to do in it st kitts was filthy with nothing but hundreds of taxi drivers hassling you everywhere you go
Bliss is a beautiful ship with very good headliner acts but the entertainment in the smaller venues was terrible it was very ...
We choose this cruise due to the port location (no flights for us) and the deal we got at time of booking. Have cruised with NCL many times before but have never dealt with such crowds everywhere on the ship at all times. Bigger is not always better.
Ship: The ship itself is a beautiful ship. There are only 2 banks of elevators on this ship located forward and aft-none in the middle of the ...
Was on the Bliss last year just a few months after her inaugural. I really liked the ship observation lounge and thermal spa so thought I would give it another try. On that first cruise on Bliss I was disappointed by the quality of the food in the garden buffet and the offerings of the lunch menus in Taste, Savor but hoped it was just a matter of giving them time to work thru issues on a new ...
I chose this cruise because of the ease of sailing out of NYC and not having to fly to get to the cruise, plus the dates worked well.
The ship was large enough to house 5,000 people, but beyond that, we were like sardines or cockroaches running around trying to find space to eat, sit and explore the ship. The ship itself was not that big, believe it or not, as the area in which to explore ...
