We sail on Norwegian out of Manhattan because it is very convenient. However, The Bliss seemed to have too many people for the facilities on the ship. The main areas were always crowded with people. There was congestion around the elevators, difficulty finding a table at the buffet, not enough room for the more popular attractions in the Atrium. Guests were actually moving chairs from the meeting rooms and library because of lack of seating. The embarkation and disembarkation were poorly organized. The Observation Lounge was very nice and a good gathering spot but seats were at a premium because it was the only quiet area inside. We enjoyed the Texas Smokehouse restaurant and the country western band although there was not much of a dance floor. The Chocolate bar in the buffet was delicious on the few occasions it was available. The photographers did not push for taking photos. Some of the cruise director’s staff were very good but others made up their own rules for the games and even became a little snippy with the guests about it. And, of course, the pattern of fish on the hallway carpeting showing direction was a real plus. There were two outstanding shows during the cruise, Six and Jersey Boys. They were two of the best performances we have ever had on our cruises. However, the shows definitely had to be booked prior to the cruise to be assured of a seat. There was a long line each performance in the Standby line. Not everyone could get in to see the show, again, too many people for the facilities on board. The first day ballroom dancing was on the schedule, quite a few people arrived to find a dance floor packed with chairs and no one around to remedy the situation. Once the floor was cleared, it was a fun experience that a good crowd enjoyed. However, the next time it was scheduled, the floor was so sticky that it was extremely difficult to dance and many of the people left. The third time the dance floor had not improved even after complaining for 3 days about the conditions and the crowd dwindled. After that there was no more ballroom dancing scheduled. On the night of the 70’s party at H2O, the floor was wet and that made for treacherous conditions. Sugercane drew a lot of people for Latin dancing but the dance area was small and even more restricted with the addition of tables on the dance floor. We visited Guest Services on a few occasions and, at times, they were not very helpful or not knowledgeable and, in fact, made a mistake on my account that took 5 more trips and a supervisor and the supervisor’s supervisor to straighten out. As the cruise went on and the problems multiplied, some of the little things started to become annoying. There were onions in everything in the buffet, the mini gold course had no clubs or balls available, there were no salt and pepper shakers or sugar on the tables but just a few days before the cruise ended they magically appeared. On other cruise lines there are precooked fried eggs available at the buffet to cut the wait time at the omelet stations. I really missed that. The Norwegian Bliss is a pleasant looking ship but definitely not a lot of pizzazz there. The theater was nondescript but the performances made up for that. Norwegian had an onboard app that I found was not very useful. All in all, the Norwegian Bliss was not one of my favorite cruise choices. However, some of the crew gave us exceptional service: Komang Pariana - (Waiter in the Q) Kind and thoughtful, he went overboard in being helpful to us and was sure to stop by and greet we each time we visited the Q. Priscilla Mupfururi - (Hostess in the Q) Smiling and personable, she kept us country all during the cruise by giving us tables in the Q close to the dance floor each night. Oscar Aranas - (Room Steward) Hard working and efficient. He kept us comfortable and supplied us with everything we needed for our room. Garmo Gaye - (Greeter at Garden Café) A beautiful, happy person. If everyone could be greeted each morning as happily as Gamo did for us, the world would be a better place. Didia - (Maitra D in Cagneys) Concerned and friendly, she always stopped to talk a while. Even when on her way to clean up late at night. Rico SaFranca Hermaso - (Waiter in Manhattan) Considerate and pleasant, he even went out of his way to get a special salad for our group each night. Made dining pleasurable. Darlyn Melendres - (Assistant waiter in Manhattan) With a sweet smile and gentle manner, she was always in the background waiting to be of service. Read Less

This was a specialty cruise put on for Turner Classic Movies with Sixthman as intermediary. Embarkation and Disembarkation went smoothly. I was so excited knowing that not only would there be some great classic movie screenings, being a DISNEY ship they would go the extra mile with service and quality - if the parks were any indication. Turner Classic Movies "undisneyfied" the ship to go with the classic movie specialty theme, which was not a problem, they did a lovely job adding those special little touches to the decor and I loved hearing the 30s and 40s music being piped throughout the ship in the common areas. It would have been nice to have Karaoke offered every night in the lounges as it was only offered twice. The staff were very nice and you could see they were trying their best to please us. The only disappointment I had was the comparison to other cruises I've been on - mostly Royal Caribbean - where the Dining Room in the evening is such an event to look forward to, the food and service being so outstanding. On the Disney Magic the tastes seemed very geared to typical American processed fare - burgers, spaghetti, chicken fingers and mac and cheese, that when they had to step it up for a gourmet meal in the dining room it fell far short every time. On other cruises, once the staff know your preferences you never have to repeat yourself as they remember everything. On this cruise though we had the same staff we found ourselves repeating everything multiple times, even during the same meal ie. no pepper I'm allergic. After the third evening in the dining room, where all six of the dining guests at our table laughed hysterically at what the food was trying to look like or be, I gave up and just did the buffet on the 9th deck. That was my only disappointment, I really expected more of the food. The bed was extremely comfy and I slept like a baby. I was really happy to see they provided shampoo, bath gel and conditioner in the bathroom and that they even had a small bathtub so you could choose a shower or tub bath. The ship's decor is a lovely art deco meets Mickey Mouse. A feast for the eyes. I was excited that room service items, though a limited menu, is still complimentary and I took advantage of having decaf coffee, cookies, and a mickey ice cream bar one night. Read Less

Our class chose this destination on a majority vote for our 45th college reunion. We wanted a cruise that would take us to the East Coast and Canada for the Fall Foliage. Our travel agent suggested a Princess cruise based on previous clients' recommendations. The embarkation was smooth and all the staff were very helpful and showed us the way to our stateroom and the dining room for lunch. Our stateroom was in a quiet location, clean, had a balcony, and the space was just right for my husband and me. The bed was very comfortable and the comforter was light and warm. The Medallion made it so easy to get in and out of our room, go through lines when exiting or returning to the ship. It also made it easy to shop, pay for drinks or other items on the ship; we did not need to bring our wallets and money on board. The food, entertainment, service and staff on the Regal Princess were all first rate!! I will return to this ship for another cruise with family and friends! Read Less

I was asked to join cruise when one of the participants became ill. I am retired as are the others and had no previous plans so timing was not an issue. The ship is beautiful but not as large as others. I will say that there is not enough activities to participate in on at sea days, I mean how much bingo can one play? The food was adequate, nothing special. I will say that they are very attentive to cleanliness. Evening entertainment was good. Great vocalists in the lounges. The staff overall are very friendly. Received the daily Freestyle newsletter daily. It did not contain any international news as others I had received on other lines. There are no schedule of the limited programming on the TV in the cabins. There are movies on the TV but I had no idea when they started. There are no big screen movies on the ship. I was sorry that we only had half a day in St. Thomas. Read Less

We are avid cruisers. The ship was beautiful, clean, alive with activities and the staff was AMAZING! Staff was amazing helping me with my Keto diet!! Above and beyond helpful!!! I could easily order meals without carbs, but it was sad to have no dessert. Sugar Free is different from Carb Free. So I spoke to the head chef, and he assigned an assistant maitre’d to help me. They ended up creating a special carb free dessert for me for every night! I felt so cared for!! It was amazing! That assistant maitre’d phoned me regularly in our cabin and left information for each meal. It was unbelievable!! The only downside to this sailing was that it was far too crowded. Perhaps it is the nature of the cold-weather cruise for the inside gathering areas to be crowded. People were fighting for seats in the Atrium. Groups would stake out seats in the Atrium first thing in the morning, and then take turns saving those seats throughout the day. Staff always brought in folding chairs, but we were on a cruise for comfort and relaxation. Folding chairs did not meet our needs. That’s why they put the wonderful, cozy furniture in the Atrium. I have to agree with previous critic that the embarkation was a mess. It was 2 or more hours standing in line, hot sun, and there were many seniors there. No one was telling us what was going on. Announcements would have been reassuring . Getting off the ship was easy peasy. We were walk offs though. Food was good, but not awesome, the Beef Wellington was very nice and my table mates ate a lot of salmon. The lobster was a glorified shrimp . Desserts are great. Service was very nice. Room service was excellent. Toilets worked , hot water, etc The medallion thing was a little bit of a joke, but we moved on and off the ship quickly . One of our princess excursions did not fit he description that was advertised . So we had to use the public buses to go back into the Acadia National Park. The buses were great though, wish I had known about them instead of spending 100 or more dollars on one stop and a fisherman talk in a church ( he was great though) but I’d rather be seeking Thunder hole, Otter cliff, and Sandy beach, all of which we missed, we filled out a compliant and they refunded us 25 % Read Less

New England/Canada Staff is top notch however I have traveled on Royal Caribbean and was disappointed with the amentaties Norwegian offered. Restaurants were hard to get reservations for. MargaritaVille was only open 12:00 to 5:00 which was disappointing because you were in port doing excursions at that time. The buffet was average. At times would wait 10 minutes or more just to get a soda compared to Royal Caribbean were you had a cup if you got the drink package and could access soda at all times. Not many activities compared to the ship's I have traveled on with Royal Caribbean. But as I said at the beginning the staff was excellent very friendly and helpful. If not for the staff I would have been totally disappointed with cruise. Talked with many others on ship and most shared the same thoughts. If I would have cruised with Norwegian first would have been happy but traveling another cruise line first and knowing what they offer let me a little disappointed. Read Less

Ship as chosen for the New England, S Canada experience.. Loved the outside decks for walking and relaxing. Staff was very polite, friendly and accommodating.Good choices of food and restaurants on board. Size of the ship meant a lot of walking and stair climbing and long waits for elevators. Wished a free WiFi service could be provided to contact friends on board. A bit hectic embarking and disembarking the ship because of the number of people on the ship, especially on the NYCity port in finding luggage and busses. Small pool for the size of the ship. Larger areas for the entertainment shows. Health office was closed for several hours during the day. Frustrated always in finding our room with the number of rooms on the ship. Enjoyed the ports and the daily newspaper informing us of the events of the day. We were blessed with great weather and calm seas. Read Less

Too crowded at times, not personalized, nothing out of the ordinary. We normally have at least have one night where lobster is offered in general dining on cruises with other carriers and it was not offered on NCL. We feel that NCL pushes specialty dining a lot to make more money rather than put money into regular dining. Regular dining was good, just not exceptional. We did always go to buffet dining for Breakfast but very crowded and no place to sit and the waiters were really not interested in serving us. We had to ask them for coffee, etc. They were not very friendly either. On other cruises the crew was always very friendly. etc. It just seemed like they were lacking in enthusiasm or whatever to wait on anyone. Maybe they are just too tired of waiting on everyone, too many people. It seemed that way all throughout the ship. Your cruise director was fantastic! Alvin was really the best! We urr were part of the Jimmy Sturr Polka Group and that was difficult also, since other than the last day of dancing, the room we had was way too small and crowded and not comfortable at all for the number of people in our group. It was not a safe environment at all! It felt like when y ou take a bunch of people and stuff them into a room and keep shoving them in until you can't get anymore in! Very disappointed in that!!! My cousin and roommate, Joan Ruxton, wanted a cruise up the east coast of North America to see the fall colours. I said I'd like to join her, but I told her, "It has to be a Princess ship', because I had so enjoyed my 15 day Princess cruise to Hawaii. Highlights of this latest cruise: 1st. Just being on the ocean would have been more than enough, however, on Princess much more was available; 2nd.: The company around the table in the formal dining room could not have been better. Warm, interesting, convivial, charming people from all over the globe broke bread with me and my cousin and made the dinner times sparkle; 3rd.: The food was a m a z i n g; 4th.: Awesome onboard entertainment - truly exceptionally talented dancers and singers worthy of Hollywood, put their hearts, souls and enthusiasm to work for our enjoyment. The comic I saw was a delight, bringing members of the audience up to the stage to 'help' him make us laugh and laugh we all did! 5th.: Princess has a library! How great is that?! Whenever I wanted to just relax by myself, books were free and easily accessible; 6th.: Our cabin stewart was wonderful. Just so meticulous, reliable and friendly; Read Less

This was actually our fourth NCL cruise. We have found that certain aspects of NCL have declined over the last few years. Most notably the food. We found the food on this cruise to be mediocre at best with the exception of Cagney's and Teppanyaki. The Bistro was okay but La Cucina very average. The buffet was very disappointing with poor selection and okay food. One big sore point for me was the Cigar Lounge. I occasionally enjoy a good cigar and had recently cruised on the Joy and found the Cigar Lounge a very enjoyable experience. Unfortunately not the case on the Escape. One of the first things I did after boarding was go check out the Cigar Lounge and to my dismay found it full of people smoking cigarettes. It actually looked like a fog in the room. A woman saw me looking in the door and her look almost dared me to come in. I approached the bar staff adjacent to the lounge and asked why there were cigarettes in the lounge. At first I was told they weren't supposed to be in there and then that they were allowed to be there. I later spoke with a ship's officer to complain and was told that since they no longer allowed smoking on the outside areas of deck 8 they had decided to let cigarette smokers use the lounge. When I asked why it is not allowed on other NCL ships with Cigar Lounges, I was told that each ship made their decisions. I am sorry, but I refuse to try and light up and enjoy a $20 cigar in a room full of cigarettes. I know to some this may sound petty but I had actually gone out and purchased some high quality cigars to enjoy. This now makes our second NCL cruise where we have no interaction with our Steward. Our cruise in July we never saw our Steward until the last morning when he wanted to know if we were leaving so he could be begin cleaning the room for the next cruise. On this cruise we searched out our steward on the first day to make contact. We introduced ourselves and then that was the last time we spoke with him the entire cruise. We have found on other cruise lines that our cabin stewards greet us by name and continually check to see if we need anything. No so with NCL. Embarkation was a nightmare. We were delayed getting back to port due to Dorian. After arriving 8 hours late, we had to find a place to wait to leave the ship. This was made more difficult because no one was allowed on deck 7. I have a bad knee and finally was directed by an officer to Cagney's were I was able to find a seat. After leaving the ship that were not allowing cabs to pick up in front of the terminal so were forced to cross a busy street and was a block or so so we could then get a Lyft driver. Since I always like to try and find some good, we attended the show After Midnight. It was exceptional. The singers dancers and the band were great. It was a high quality production. One thing I can say for NCL is that their shows tend to rise above the rest. We were onboard attending a VIP art event and found the gallery staff and the ship's staff working the event to be outstanding. Unfortunately for the negative reasons above, we will have to think twice about cruising with NCL in the future. Read Less

I was travelling with a group of 13 ages 55-65, the ship is very nicely refurbished not the neon colors like some others. Dining options are good, there is the Venetian which is the main dining room, the Aqua, another nice dining room but more intimate, O'Shannesey's Pub a fun bar and restaurant and the buffet. We ate at the venetian for breakfast most days, as we got to warmer climates outside the temperature rose in that room, it was hot, not sure if there was an AC issue. The Aqua is only open for dinner but was comfortable, menu is the same as the Venetian which offers many good options and was cooler. O'Shannesey's Pub had more pub food choices although each night they have a special, one night was prime rib. The buffet was actually very good, we ate there 2 nights and everything was fresh and well seasoned. Breakfast and lunch was a mad house each day, people sit at their table after they are done eating, play cards or scrabble leaving folks with no place to sit, it is rude! The Casino was fun, adequate amount of slot machines, craps, black jack and roulette tables but is of course smoky as they allow smoking but this was another area that was very warm. I'm guessing the temp was low 80's so there was no air flow, there was a huge lack of ventilation in the casino. Entertainment: We enjoyed the shows in the Stardust theater especially "Elements" a cirque de solei type show, it was fantastic. As far as general music around the ship they really missed an opportunity here. They offered 80's tribute music and our group was excited to attend but it turned out to be one woman on a piano playing mellow 80's, same for the Beatles tribute, the band VIP performed Beatles songs but chose all mellow, slow dance songs, again boring. We did really enjoy the DIsco night. We took 5 shore excursions, all were good with the exception of Peggy's Cove, we drove around town for an hour or so looking at historical homes which only left us 50 minutes at Peggy's Cove, it was lunch time so we quickly ordered lunch at the So eastern which was very good but we had to take half to go and never got to really spend time in and around Peggy's Cove. Too bad because it was beautiful there! Read Less

I was not overly pleased with the dining in the two main dining rooms. The service was slow, the food was just okay and the coffee in the morning was not hot. Also I was not happy with the pool on the ship. It was way to small for 5,000 people on board and also, there was not enough chairs to accommodate everyone. They had plenty of activities to do and getting on and off the ship was easy. I didn't like the fact that every time I called housekeeping I was charged for it. I didn’t meet a single staff member that was rude or lazy. The activities onboard such as the water slides were thrilling and fun for the whole family. The private island Norwegian has is also very relaxing and beautiful. The cruise is for people of all ages. Seniors, couples, large families, new borns. It took way too long for a handicapped person to complete the onboarding process even I went through the special need line. The ship is a smaller ship compare to other Norwegian ships or other cruise lines. The cabin is also small compare to other cruise lines especially the bathroom. However, I love the food option on the ship except the food at Orchid Garden which was horrible, it was way too salty. Also, the handicapped areas at Garden Cafe were always occupied. The cruise staffs should help the special needed passengers. All shows at Stardust theater were magnificent except the comedy show which was not funny at all. We have been using NCL for almost a decade, even had our wedding on Breakaway in 2015, but Escape is same class ship tuned down on interior design. Ship is simple design with no personally, practical floating hotel. We stayed in balcony room with a baby and toddler and it was OK, steward was OK, always busy and barely have time to anyone to talk. Management of the ship was an amazing crew, and anyone under was complete mess. Waiters in restaurants don't know what they doing and would screw up any simple order. Food in restaurants was OK, but buffet food is awful, minimum choices, a lot of cheap meat, no seafood or even NCL signature Norwegian lox. Specialties restaurant's food was amazing, and pricey and will make your wallet cry! In 14 days cruise we had only 2 free show After Midnight, Brat Pack, second one did not made any sense. Choir of Man show, is paid show with prefix dinner setting, was OK. We had one stop cancel due to 2 heliocopter lifts from the ship first two days with no explanation, and remaining stops were simple beach destinations. We end up spending more time on the ship due to cancelled stop, and there is nothing to do there. Kids sevice is ok for 3+ and for baby you have to pay $20 for 1 hour 50 min selected slot time. Overall experience of this cruise, is that NCL is cutting their cost by taking quality out of scope in any possible way they can. NCL becoming low class, no frills cruise line. Based off our last 14 day cruise, we are not coming back with NCL to cruise and will be looking for more classy company to cruise with. Read Less

Went on this cruise on September 1-8, review posted on this site, and decided to get away for a quick vacation and maintain the tan now that the weather is turning. Get to the port and being a Platinum member I go to the expedited line to get my ship card. Waiting with 3 people in front of me 10 minutes, 15, 30 45 minutes with no movement on the line, meanwhile the long, serpentine line is moving. Turns out the computers were down on our end. Almost an hour later they decide to move us over to the Haven check-in. Why did this take almost an hour to make this call? You have multiple repeated customers standing in one spot without moving and it takes you this long to apply customer service when you have 3 reps at the Haven check-in sitting there, mind-boggling. Finally, I get to my cabin and the toilet is not wasn't flushing, OK, maybe by the time I get back from dinner. Still not working so I call the front desk who noted it and will get back to me. Went around the ship and on my return saw a message from them and it said the toilet should be working fine, it wasn't. Called back and they said they'll notify the plumber. Long story short after multiple calls it never worked that day/night, next day till 7 p.m. Sunday finally. Being a Platinum member I get 2 free dinners for 2 at Cagneys (with a bottle of wine) and La Cucina, Here's the kicker - being I travel solo they won't allow you to order 2 entree's but what they will do is give you 1 entree' and charge you $4.80 if you want a Caesar Salad, picture attached, even though the dinner they don't give you they're selling to someone else. So the moral of the story is the next time you go on a cruise, and get free dinners for 2, look for someone to accompany you so you wont lose out. Actually this website should have a whole section for future solo cruisers just dedicated for this purpose. What they should do in reality is give single certificates for dinner so instead of 2 dinner for two tickets have 4 dinner for one tickets. The one bright spot in this cruise was the excursion The Orlando Eye Sea-Life Auarium & Madame Tussauds which includes the Star Flyer swing ride the world's tallest. This place is so laid back and really nice to walk around in. You don't feel rushed like Disney and everything is very close to each other, fantastic trip. Of course the personnel on the ship is great and I have nothing bad to say about them and I like the smaller Gem-sized ships but they really need to up their game. I have one more CruiseNext credit left and after that I am going to seriously think about continuing with NCL, even after 13 cruises. Read Less

First time first time cruising with Norwegian Cruise Lines. I must say I was very happily impressed. First the not-so-good stuff. I was traveling with my two sisters, sharing same room, as we have done on many Royal Caribbean and Princess Cruises. This was the first time though that we did not have 2 lower than one upper. We were surprised to find two beds and a pull-out couch. This made it impossible to walk around the room or to get out on the balcony. The balcony, by the way, was also in disrepair. The paint was peeling off at constantly every time you spent any time out on the balcony you came back with a serious case of "paint dandruff." Our state room attendant was pretty much invisible. The food in both the dining rooms and Buffet was passable and the staff although very pleasant were very obviously understaffed. They always did everything in a run, nothing casual. The casino staff was, at best, unpleasant, in some cases kind of rude. All that being said, it was a very enjoyable trip. The cruise director was excellent. The entertainment was very good. Good Production shows, good magician, Good comic. And an excellent little Cirque du Soleil Act. Read Less

My wife and I have taken over 20 cruises, with 6 times on the NCL Breakaway and 3 times on the NCL Gem. And this was our second time on the NCL Escape so we knew what the facilities and service should be. We were not disappointed. First let me explain that my wife is a travel agent and was on this cruise as a training exercise offered by NCL to learn of the new offerings coming in the future (ships, locations, prices). This gave her a great price but left us without extra perks and room choice. We bought into the additional dining plan because I just couldn't imagine being so close to Moderno and not sitting in (we booked it twice). We also tried Teppanyaki for the first time and were both impressed with the amount and quality of the food. Taste and Savor and O'Sheehan's were exactly as expected from previous sittings. Let me also say this, I give you 3 strikes and then you are out. Several years ago the Manhattan Room struck out and is off my list. The training seminar had scheduled a group dinner for the last night in the Manhattan Room so I went along with the program not expecting much. Some people may expect that a group like this would get special attention, 30 + travel agents with the local district manager in charge, no so. They had a full room of people to take care of not just us but that's right. We were jammed in a little too tight at the tables and some services were skipped. The dinner was scheduled early when there is a lot of noise, kids & babies you know. The 3 main dining rooms offer the exact same menu from the same kitchen so I usually prefer to use Taste or Savor. And we had a great time at the Halloween Party & costume competition. Some advice for all: there are times you may be approached by the staff to resolve a problem with your actions, be sure not to argue or become belligerent just listen and respond appropriately. There was a group of 5 people put-off the ship in Bermuda, no refund, no further travel plans, on their own. Not for breaking the "no-smoking on the balcony safety rule" but for creating an issue with the staff I love to cruise, I go to "PARTY", I research the trip before booking, I use a travel agent (she told me I had to), and I tip with cash. I am booked on the NCL Gem in March and I can't wait. Read Less

To call something great, it really has to stand about among other similar experiences, and while this cruise was not bad, there were many missed opportunities to make it much better, starting with the completely lousy greeting that we had upon embarkation. (one could more accurately say, the greeting that we didn't have). Arrival clarification: Security fine, directional crew member very, very friendly.....then we met the guy on the elevator. We'll call him 'M" (we know that name but do not wish to embarrass). "M" was wearing the requisite "welcome" sash across his chest, but his demeanor was an immediate and complete downer. M had no smile, no greeting....no words other than "what floor"? Not even please. We only got the question after we greeted him. ABSOLUTELY NO PLACE for that sort of guest treatment in a hospitality job. Several other crew members were the same and it definitely detracted from the many others who were noteworthy. Food was not great, despite some earlier reviews and our own expectations. The food was average. They DO NOT KNOW HOW TO COOK A STEAK. Paid extra to eat in steak restaurant, and a waste of money and time. Had a steak on our designated restaurant, same story. Read Less

we were extremely impressed by the outstanding service and loved every minute we had on this magnificent ship..11 days, we saw beautiful islands..and yes we were diverted because I believe there were 2 medical emergencies but the crew handled the emergencies with such respect for human life that we felt so safe to be on a ship with such a caring attitude..The entertainment staff especially Benjel, Don Don and Romeo were always so kind and so much fun. Benjel always had a kind word, a smile and we truly think she should be cruise director..So full of life As we traveled home to NY, there was a Nor'easter so yes it was rocky but never for a second did we feel unsafe. IN fact we feel blessed to have had extra time on this magnificent ship. The Captain and his crew were Alwayz informative, pleasant and welcoming. The hotel manager crew officer, Vuk? was simply awesome...The food was great, our cabin absolutely beautiful, and the entertainment made our adventure at Seas simply spectacular..Thank you Breakaway for a very memorable trip love love loved everything about it Read Less

The staff was awesome.. housekeeper Raymund, Bartender at shakers Ramona and Cigar lounge Bartender Paul.. were all so great. photographer Nigel ..the only disappointing part was the disembarking of 7 hrs was very frustrating. I carried my luggage off but others were just thrown on the dock and they had to search for their luggage which held up our leaving time with the bus.. Food was ok just thought it would be more flavorful I give that a 4 star. ocean blue restaurant and the Noodle bar was my favorite. Me and my sisters met a lot of great people and made lasting communication with new friend. I think the island stay and more ways to help with communities suffering to have us travel to area where they are not centered on the more fortunate. We all love diamonds and gold but to have speakers about buying diamond is not helping the ones less fortunate. The Tenors of Rock were my favorite band in Syds Pour House. ❤️Dustin,A, and Shaggy Charlota Byrd 7sisterz Read Less
