The Dream is a wonderful boat. We had a great time on it. However, with 20% of or more passengers, it does get a bit crowded. There were always lines for the buffets. Upon arrival at the NYC terminal, we got through security and check-in quickly, then there was a long line to get onto the ship. We've sailed 18 cruises on multiple cruise lines. On this cruise we traveled as a group of 5 adults in 3 separate staterooms. We were on the Carnival Dream for the November 23 - December 1, 2009 sailing and we had a great time. I have seen a lot of negatives about the ship, but for us this was our first cruise.
