We chose this cruise for the itinerary, After first day I was injured and not able to return to ship, due to being hospitalized for 4 days. No one from Princess has yet to inquire what happened to us, or where we were. So much for checking in and out with the new Medalion system. They had our phone # do they not care about their passengers? It's been 2 weeks. Yet they were happy to charge my ...
We chose a fall cruise to celebrate my landmark birthday and to see the fall colors. We spent two nights in NYC (Columbus Day weekend) before getting on the ship. We were fine our first two ports, but then a Nor'Easter storm landed us in Boston and lost us two ports by the time the weather cleared. You really did not want to leave the ship and explore as they kept changing the time we would ...
My Husband & I had never been to the East Coast and I was excited to see the fall colors. We are both history buffs and I wanted to explore the history of this region.
Our room was excellent and my favorite which is the last balcony on floor 14 as the balcony is a bit larger and the view is better for me. Our room Stuart was excellent. The bed and pillows were very nice. Room service in ...
We have been to many of the stops on this cruise, but the price was right and we have wanted to see the fall colors. Plus it gave us a chance to see the Atlantic Provinces of PEI and Nova Scotia. The colors did not disappoint although we missed Bar Harbor and St. John due to a storm that blew in while we were in port in Boston.
We did none of the Princess offered tours (I'm just not into ...
This cruise is not my favourite itinerary but we did want to see the East Coast, especially New York and Quebec and both were fabulous. Could not get into Bar Harbor or St. John due to rough seas. I would have rather gone in September for better weather. The staff were all awesome except for our room steward who was not that great. We had an accessible room and it was fabulously large as was ...
Chose the cruise to see the leaves changing in new england and to relax. Seems like we had the “B” team on the cruise....there was a noro virus outbreak on the cruise prior to ours, so boarding was delayed for the ship to be sanitized...when we got to our cabin we found someones 1/2 drunk sprite in our mini fridge and their shampoo cap on the shower floor...clearly our bathroom and fridge wasn't ...
The itinerary was great. Food quality was not the same as it has been before when we sailed in 2016 with Caribbean Princess.
- [ ] New York receiving people are not very helpful
- [ ] Once onboard the Safety training had nothing to do with safety
- [ ] Food was not up to past princess sailings
- [ ] Sanitizing was way out of control. Sinks in fresh market slowed the process.
- [ ] ...
Being a Travel Advisor, I wanted to experience the Medallion Concept. It was wonderful.
So easy to get into your stateroom, by just walking up to it. Also great to keep in contact with family members.
The wi-fi was wonderful. Better than any cruise we have taken before
I also had this cruise on my bucket list and it did not disappoint. My favoite ports were Boston,Charlotte Town, and ...
I have been fighting a death diagnosis for 2 years and I gave this to my husband to thank him for his love and support before heading back to treatment. From the day prior this was a nightmare. Norwal virus outbreak on previous cruise delayed our departure. When we finally got on ship it was chaos. No one knew what the other was doing. Food was truly inedible. Not once did I have a hot meal ...
First cruise on Princess although we've sailed on other lines. We chose this cruise for ports of call and that there was only one day at sea. This was a medallion class ship although our medallions never worked, and although promised, were never replaced.
Pros:
Room was clean with good closet space.
Room steward was great
Project 5 band was awesome
Ship was updated and ...
