It was horrible and a total waste of money. I would honestly say 50% of the cruise passengers were sick with RSV,Covid and other ailments. Not one mention from Norwegian what to do if you were sick and they made no precautions to keep us healthy. This was our first cruise. Very disappointing. The ship either needs to be refurbished or cut up for scrap! Very poor maintenance. Rust everywhere. Windows dirty. Railing dried out, splintered. Worst vacation I have every been on. Me and my wife went on a 12 day Caribbean cruise for our honeymoon because everyone told us a cruise was the way to go. To start the customer service on this ship was the worst i have ever experienced. The customer relations people on the boat called me a liar, told me I did not know what I was talking about, and every problem i had was not resolved. ...

We traveled by bus from mid state NY to the port, no hotel needed. Ship is beautiful, embarkation easy (did everything online ahead of time). This was such a disappointment. We heard so much about RCL Voyager of the Seas that we had to try her....never again. The food was not up to par, the entertainment was fair but not impressed at all.
