We are Diamond Club status and have been on this ship 9 times.
Shows have all been the same since the ship first sailed years ago.
The show attendance was never to capacity
The stateroom was never vacuumed in the 11 night cruise and we noticed the same dirt on the floor since we first got in the cabin.

It was horrible and a total waste of money.
I would honestly say 50% of the cruise passengers were sick with RSV,Covid and other ailments. Not one mention from Norwegian what to do if you were sick and they made no precautions to keep us healthy. The only antibacterial hand dispensers were at the restaurants and auditorium,nothing at the elevators. I seen an employee in the buffet putting salad ...

The service from our waiter and cabin steward was excellent! The highlight of our cruise. The food was ok, basically same menu as all the other cruises I’ve been on this line. Warning: Do not cruise from Bayonne in January during school break (to be safe, avoid the entire month of January) unless you want around 40% of your fellow passengers to be unsupervised teenagers, children, and their parents.

This was the 12 day Southern cruise. Filthy ship! The room was disgusting a balcony room! The bathroom had mould in the shower and near the sink! We had to buy our own tissue at port the room didn't have any. The room attendant didn't do a good job cleaning! Basically all he did daily was make the bed and give us fresh towels! Beds are horrible hard as a rock and cheap toppers used which sag and sink in. Dirty bathrooms throughout the ship. Music is terrible with the same band night after night. The ship left port on the exact day of our 56th wedding anniversary. We were not disappointed. I was on the Anthem of the Seas on April 17, 2017 to April 29, 2017. After about 6 days I had food poisoning. I stayed in my cabin till I was somewhat better, but weak. Couple things they do that I believe is not right:
1. Continuous wrong charges to you on-board account. You have to watch closely. Even if we had the Unlimited Package (drink package), we were charged several times.
