Starting out the staff is really good, they try and help and make things better. The aqua show amazing. Ship is clean and alot to do. That all being said, had Cruise booked for a year for a party of 36 people. Got on ship and as soon as my party did the dinning got messed up. The rooms got changed. This was my 5th sailing on Oasis and most probably my last. Royal is definitely dropping the ball and they keep lowering the standards that have been so high for years. With the exception of the tuna salad in the Spa Cafe and the mushroom soup in the MDR, the food was horrible. Absolutely tasteless. My bathroom smelled like a sewer. For those 2 reasons I will never choose Celebrity again. Understaffed particularly in the bars. Would be a one star review, however the ship and my room were clean.
