"As the ship docked, I went back to catching some sun rays but this time on the opposite side of the ship before heading back to the room for a nap. With the afternoon sun on the port side of the ship, I could go back to my balcony and catch a snooze there while getting some rays in or sleep on the side of the bed closest to the balcony and let the sunlight come in that way...."Read More

1-10 of 30 Bayonne (Cape Liberty) Royal Caribbean Oasis of the Seas Cruise Reviews
We were so impressed with Oasis of the Seas! Between the staff, entertainment, the ship itself, and how special we felt throughout the cruise.
The check-in process from Cape Liberty Cruise Port was a breeze upon arrival! We were able to check in early and get on the ship as early as 10:30 in the morning. The e-muster process was also extremely simple and allowed us to get it done in seconds ...
I really wanted to like RC. I really did. But several things have clinched the fact that I won’t cruise with them again. Firstly, their nickel-and-diming and high prices. ATM fee was a ridiculous 6.50. Alcoholic drinks came out to $15+ after taxes and mandatory gratuity. A soda cost over $4. And let’s not even mention the paid restaurants on board… most are $65 per person for dinner. Come on. It ...
Check in at the port was complicated as there were many cruisers on the previous sailing still trying to leave as new passengers were arriving. Overall, once we were parked, the rest of the check-in went quickly. We were onboard by 11:15am.
We had an interior room located in the forward part of the ship on deck 11. The room was clean, everything worked, and very quiet. Rarely did we hear any ...
embarkation was a breeze, we where on in 15 minutes.
pros, plenty of activities and things too, from start to finish. The shows were really good. we werent crazy about cats though. room attendant and crew were excellent. ship was very clean . the windjammer food was good. chops steak house was great. comics were great.

food in the main dining room was a miss. most nights the food ...
I originally booked an Oasis cruise in 2019 for 2020, fast forward post Covid and here we are, same ship but a slightly different 9 day itinerary than we first had. Cape Liberty was painless, we had a check in of 10am, arrived at the port at 9:40, dropped off our luggage and parked in the building lot next to the ship, we passed security got checked in and then sat and waited until the ship was ...
We enjoy sailing from Bayonne New Jersey in the summer- our annual Summer cruise. This cruise was 9 nights so we had bonus days. The terminal now is much more crowded as it used to accommodate smaller ships. When we enter the terminal area, we dropped off our luggage, then proceeded to an outdoor parking lot as the main indoor lot was full. Since we were in a suite, we had an early boarding ...
Our waiter was EXCELLENT!!!
Our stateroom attendant was also great and kept our cabin in tip top shape. Crew was great!
Ship is beautiful.
Food is okay, Windjammer dessert isn't good and they never had vanilla ice cream. Windjammer is too crowded for breakfast.
I would like to see more daytime activities. Not much going on during the day.
Nightlife was pretty good. However ...
We chose this cruise because it was sailing from NYC. We had never been and we wanted to save time and money by driving to the port. We also really wanted to do Coco Cay. Driving there was very easy. Parking at the port took about an hour and then another hour to check in. Once we boarded, we grabbed some lunch in the buffet and drinks. We got a great spot for sail away!
Our family of 6 ...
This was a family cruise with my daughter, son in law, and 4 year old granddaughter, who stayed in the adjacent room no. 8 204. It was supposed to have taken place this past December, but my granddaughter test positive for Covid and RCI refunded all of the fare with our any hassle. We chose this cruise because it departs from Brooklyn. We live in Long Island and this was a no-fly cruise. The ...
This cruise was a 9 year old promise fulfilled to my granddaughter. I promised to take her on a cruise for her 16th birthday. This was the year. We had a great time! We ate in the MDR, Johnny Rockets, Portside BBQ, the Windjammer, Solarium Bistro, Promenade Cafe, ordered room service and had lots of free ice cream. All meals were wonderful. We tried to have as many different dining experiences as ...
