A complete and utter disgrace--avoid this ship at all costs

I could sit here for hours telling you all about the disaster of a cruise we just came off yesterday but I have a flight home to catch. Main issues; FOOD IS INEDIBLE AND NOT SAFE IN MOST AREAS--we watched some very unsafe food practices in the windjammer--most food here is constantly cold and the choice is shocking--believe us!!! MDR is so poor with over hot held food that has been ...

Review for a Caribbean - Southern Cruise on Anthem of the Seas

The service from our waiter and cabin steward was excellent! The highlight of our cruise. The food was ok, basically same menu as all the other cruises I’ve been on this line. They did have a decent vegan menu. I had never met a rude crew member on any cruise until this one. There was a rude bartender in the windjammer and a rude bar server in the main dining room. The shore excursions were very ...

I'm a Diamond member only lacking two more cruise, I will be a Diamond +. This has been one of the worst cruises every on a Royal ship. If you going to the Buffet it's hard to find a clean plate and a napkin with silverware. The staff have been the worst ever. The food in the dining room was been great and serves has been great. Chops is great but the Shrimp Cocktail have very small shrimp instead ...

This was our first cruise. Very disappointing. The ship either needs to be refurbished or cut up for scrap! Very poor maintenance. Rust everywhere. Windows dirty. Railing dried out, splintered. Window trim rotted. They were always working on one elevator. Windjammer restaurant a zoo! Limited seating. Went to the dining room. It had better food and great service. Ship store limited ...

Way too crowded.

Review for a Canada & New England Cruise on Adventure of the Seas

There were a few good things however the bad significantly outweighed the good. It was way too crowded. The hot tubs and pools were overcrowded. The room was need of repair. Some of the hinges did not work. Also, the service for the room was poor. On one day they did not deliver fresh towels. The food in the windjammer was not great and there was not enough variety. At least the food ...

We chose the Royal Caribbean cruise starting back in beginning of 2020. Due to covid it was canceled numerous times and we were told that we wouldn't lose our money. finally, we were told the ship was again sailing and we were told to use our cruise credit by booking before the end of April 2022 or we would lose the money we spent for it back in 2020 for 7 people. ($10000+). We had to book it and ...

Neglected old ship. Very disappointed.

We traveled with another couple and chose this cruise mainly because we wanted to leave from NJ and not have to fly to Florida to catch a Caribbean cruise; and also we liked the ports of call. Unfortunately we were disappointed in many respects. Starting with the embarkation terminal in Bayonne NJ, which had poor road signage leading up to it, so that we circled around this industrial area for 20 ...

The Decline of Royal Caribbean

Review for a Canada & New England Cruise on Oasis of the Seas

My family and I have cruised with Royal Caribbean many times and have enjoyed them in the past. However, in recent years the experience has become increasingly subpar and pedestrian. Our recent experience will be our last. Customer service is a thing of the past at Royal Caribbean. There are two statements that are independently true. 1. Royal Caribbean makes mistakes. 2. The staff ...
