The Liberty of the Seas could not be less disability friendly. There is no room whatsoever in any of the dining areas on this ship for someone with a mobility issue. Only one of the theaters was handicap accessible. The elevators are a disgrace and all had issues during the trip with no repairs made, whatsoever. Left out of Bayonne, easy in and out. Went on a 5 day Bermuda cruise, celebrating my daughter’s MBA. Stayed in a spacious balcony room. Everything was great. On the day of the cruise we flew into Newark, NJ and had prepaid the RC shuttle from the airport to the cruise port. There were about 80 people at the airport terminal and they sent one bus which only holds 50 people so after waiting two hours in 90 degree heat a second bus finally arrived. I am back from a cruise (8/27-9/3-2023)Staff was outstanding. Food was great. The French restaurant we went twice and once to Chops and rest of nights we ate in dining room. The Good: Unbelievably attentive staff. Everyone from Royal Caribbean will go out of their way to accommodate any concerns you may have. Conceptually, the Boardwalk, Central Park, and Royal Promenade areas should mesh and work well. They do not. The Aqua80 show was memorable. The steak I devoured at 150 Central Park was amazing!
