Most staff appeared to not know answers to simple questions.
Unlike most ships there were very few passenger activities with staff. At 10 AM there was a ton of stuff to choose from. After that really nothing much.

After 2 days in NY we went to the harbor taking an Uber to embarkation. Sadly, there was huge traffic and it took us 45 min for the last mile or so.

The Bad – well documented in this forum, the AC was not functioning for 5+ nights. We received little compensation for the rooms being 83 degrees. My complaint to Royal is ongoing and in process.

25 minute backup to get into the parking lot. After that, nice speedy embarkation.
Beautiful ship, easy to get around. Lots of people, but did not ever feel rushed or crowded.

This ship should really listen to what their customers say!!!
Alot of people understand that formal night is not for everyone but dressing in singlet tops and shorts for dinner - dressing like this is totally unacceptable. So Royal Caribbean listen to what we are saying, a dress code is for everyone not some arrogant people.

We chose this cruise because we needed a boat that went out of the NY NJ area so we wouldn't have to fly to another destination. We were a group of 7: Myself, my husband, my two sons ages 3 and 6 and my inlaws.
