The food was not good at all,no better than Dinner food at home. The service was good but the ship had too many guests and not enough room in the shows to fit everyone. The bingo was run very poorly a lot of issues(bad issues)Breakfast was not the best due to the large amount of guests on the ship(hard to find a table to eat on)The food was like dinner food, not the best quality at all. Also not ...
$3 for a bottle 16oz water, I couldn't bring are not bring water or soda on the ship. I felt like a cow being led to the slaughter when it was time to eat, you have to run and get a table. And you cannot leave a drink on the table cuz, it will be gone and someone else be sitting at that table, this is my second cruise with anthem of the sea but this so far was the worst ever. Lobster night, ...
The ship was not as great as everyone made it sound. Everything being located in a general area made it feel overcrowded during the cruising days. You also feel like you are being herded like cattle whenever there was an event or even trying to get to the Windjammer dinning room (the buffet).
I wouldn't do this cruise again, and when I expressed my disappointment to guest services, they did ...
I dislike this cruise so much I am writing this review from my deck instead of enjoying my vacation. First the food..... terrible. The quality the times that restaurants are open are both terrible. You can not get breakfast before 7am to 1030, lunch is at 12 to 3, dinner is 530 to 9 out side of them times you have to eat some of the worst pizza I've ever eaten in my life. How exactly does one mess ...
This boat is huge but there is only one 6 foot circle of concrete for kids in swim diapers. They're not allowed in any pools at all. The staff was not knowledgeable about the boat or activities. Unless you're 75 and in a scooter, this cruise was lame. There was a 45 minute wait for dining even with a reservation. Every day there was some new problem or rule that prevented people from enjoying ...
My family went on Anthem of the Seas on a 12 night cruise to the Southern Caribbean in January. My husband, my two daughters and myself. Another child accused my daughter of showing her an inappropriate picture. Security stopped us as we were coming back on the ship from Barbados. They questioned my daughter and when she denied it security told her there was surveillance. I asked to see the video. ...
The ship left port on the exact day of our 56th wedding anniversary. We were not disappointed. When we arrived in our cabin it was decorated for the occasion as were the gifts and flowers from our family . Our room steward, Keith brought us extra pillows and blankets as we requested. At dinner we were presented with a very delicious layer cake with white chocolate icing. The dining room crew sang ...
Chose this ship for the ports, the ship could not accommodate all the people it had. The main theatre held 1300 guests so a lot of people had to stand and the comedians only did one show. Can't ever get a seat at outside pool. Charged you for everything. Gift shop had a terrible selection. Food was adequate at best. Rooms were nice. Service was ok. Ports were magnificent. And ship ...
The cabin is great and the ship is clean. That is the only positives. The camp for 11 and under is horrible!!! To participate in any special activities there is at least an hour wait and when these activities happen (limited times and days) the sports area is shut down. The food is ok, nothing to write home about. The compass only has trivia, no other activities planned. Customer service ...
It seems like everything was nickel and dimed for the vacation and even when paid for, it wasn't working. Case in point, we pre paid for a number of services and features, but when we got on ship, they were not on our itinerary.
1) On the third day (sailing day from Bermuda to St. Maarten) , my 100 lb, 12 year old, nephew was assaulted by a 6 foot 6 inch, 250 lb 70+ year old man in ...
