This ship hasn't been renovated since it was launched in 2009 and it really shows. A cruise ship is a floating hotel. This is like a cheap roadside motel. One that is insanely crowded so you wait in line for everything. Every detail is wrong from the thin, stained towels to the table cloths in the main dining room, also covered in stains. There were a few good things however the bad significantly outweighed the good.
It was way too crowded. The hot tubs and pools were overcrowded.
The room was need of repair. Some of the hinges did not work. Also, the service for the room was poor. On one day they did not deliver fresh towels.
The food in the windjammer was not great and there was not enough variety.

My family and I have cruised with Royal Caribbean many times and have enjoyed them in the past. However, in recent years the experience has become increasingly subpar and pedestrian. Our recent experience will be our last.
Customer service is a thing of the past at Royal Caribbean.

This was a dreadful ship.
Money money - wanted all the way. Popcorn for the show was $2
Mattress was terrible not one good night's sleep - told the mattress would be replaced at the end of October.
Nothing to do for 65+ on the ship but play trivia.

We were looking to go to Canada/New England. But was highly disappointed with Royal Caribbean. The food in both the Main Dining Room and the Windjammer were the same food everyday.
