Don't waste your money. Ship crew could care less about you having a good time. They just want to suck as much of your money as they can while your on ship. Areas of ship are not available to most customers unless you have special sail and sign card, which you get by going on many cruises. Embarkation was not a problem and neither was our cabin - we knew what to expect in terms of size and location, plus our room steward was excellent!
