We had sailed with RC 2 times prior and had satisfactory cruises. Friends had booked this cruise and invited us to join them.
When trying to get anywhere on the fully booked ship, having so many elevators out of service was indeed a huge inconvenience. Some had no AC and were always packed tight.

Used RCI before and it was great. Not so much this time around. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Springs popping up. Hard as a board. Complained twice. They tried to fix the problem but were never able to make it comfortable.

Have been a cruiser for many years. Choose this cruise for date and itinerary. Went to New England and Canada September 2018. Very disappointed in Royal Caribbean. Check in was ok but out pier staff repremended us for not printing out our paper copy of the sea pass cards and stated now she would have to do it!

My husband & I had a great time on the cruise. Really nice room with a balcony which was very clean. Great entertainment - loved the shows, singers, dancers, comedy and terrific 70s night and Ice Show. I choose this ship for a 50th anniversary cruise. The entertainment was amateurish and every place you went had long lines. Port Liberty is like driving to a crime scene, completely unorganized. We chose this cruise because of its itinerary. I do not like to island hop so we though New England and Canada would be a good experience and for the most part it was. The ship is clean and nice our cabin was a good size and always kept neat and tidy by out cabin attendant. Entertainment on board was excellent especially the Royal Caribbean Orchestra. I went on this cruise with friends which i usually do so i always go with the flow. The ports such as Bar Harbor were exceptional as was portland maine. The 2 ports in Halifax and New Brunswick in Canada were sub par. New Brunswick was a run down town and had absolutely nothing within walking distance. the town was simply boring. Halifax had a decent museum.
