Picked Cruise because port was nearest in mid-winter, 10 days and went where we wanted to go. Left from New York Manhattan and was full with New Yorkers, Brits and French. Boarding for wheelchair was slow (1 hour+ wait).
Food was tops, service especially cheerful. Specialty restaurants were outstanding! Variety and quality of food at buffets was very good! Good hygiene.

Chose this cruise at last minute because it departed and returned from New York City, no fly for us. Needed a respite from winter. And price was right. This cruise was a mixed bag with some weird things mixed in.
NYC to Norfolk VA to Bermuda.

Overall we had a great time! The service was exceptional, the food was the best we have had on cruise in a long time, and the bartenders were awesome. Elements is a must-see show. We have been waiting to sail again now that the travel restrictions have been lifted. We sailed with our parents and friends to Bermuda for our first time on the Joy.
