Had taken teen granddaughter on 3 cruises before, but never a megaship, so thought this would be a good choice. Total of 10 family members went along. I had read of embarkation problems but arrived at 10:00, on board by 11:00. Disembarkation, signed up for 8:00 self assist, was called at 7:45 and off by 8:15. We were excited to sail on the Escape. We have read many positive reviews of the ship.
Embarkation was a breeze, since we are platinum plus and had group 1 boarding. Then the "fun" began. We were interested in getting the vibe tickets. We went back to Bermuda on the Escape because it was a new ship. This was our 5th cruise back to Bermuda and went with friends. The ship it self was a little disappointment because other then a few lounge or bar name changes, it was the Breakaway.
The casino was, as stated, the largest in the fleet, and it was big and beautiful.

We have been going to Bermuda for years with NCL. This trip was our first time on the Escape. We have taken roughly 80 cruises on NCL. This was the best ship All I can say is WOW.
Boarding was very easy. We were on the ship by 11:30AM. The staff was the friendliest ever.

We like going to Bermuda and since we have never been on the Escape we decided to book this cruise. The stewards were very friendly and kept our cabin clean and well stocked. The Cruise Director and his staff kept us busy with all their shows and they were very entertaining. Don’t buy anything from the shops! No matter how good of a deal it may seem, it’s not. My husband bought a watch that was 75% off the last day at sea, making it $195.
