We booked the world cruise for 116 nights but are home now after the horror show put up by this cruise company. We decided to come back in 80days because,the ship kept on running out of food. No choice for vegetarians except for salad (which is good for cows not human being). Ran out of fruit juices. Cancelled 10ports. Our first Viking cruise exceeded our expectations. Lovely ship, well-trained staff, efficient management.
Ship constantly well cared for and tidy. All staff were courteous and kind.
Restaurants offered many GF options and attended to requests with care. Meals were generally quite attractive, varied, and tasty. Wait staff was generally knowledgeable and very pleasant.

We had sailed on Rhine with Viking so did not hesitate to take this cruise. Can't say enough about this terrific line.
The ship itself...Neptune... was so clean and fresh both inside and out that one would think it was brand new.

We have travelled many times with Regent, we have been on all their ships except for Grandeur. We picked this trip for the itinerary alone and were a little apprehensive having more recently sailed on Splendor and Explorer, that Navigator would seem too small now and a little lacking without the fabulous Pacific Rim or the French restaurant. We were greeted at Newark Airport by two men who handled our luggage and walked us out to the curb where a driver in a large van met us and drove us to the Hudson River pier. Easy peasy.
