Review for a World Cruise Cruise on MSC Poesia

We booked the world cruise for 116 nights but are home now after the horror show put up by this cruise company. We decided to come back in 80days because, the ship kept on running out of food. No choice for vegetarians except for salad (which is good for cows not human being). Ran out of fruit juices. Cancelled 10ports. Food if ever it was available it was inedible as it was under cooked. ...

As a group of friends that have cruised more than 20 times with multiple companies in multiple countries I can say without a doubt that I have never booked with a cruise line company that is so against helping their customers we had some bad weather during our trip which is understandable that we missed a port here or there but when you are going to be in Port less than 2 hours from your flight ...

Worst Ship Design Ever Imagined

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on Norwegian Prima

We chose this cruise as a bookend to our time in Iceland. Without going on and on, the design of the ship is so chopped up that there is inadequate seating in all common areas. The chopped up approach was to allow for segregated rooms/amenities for "The Haven" customers, the Vibe for Beach Club members, the Galaxy Pavilion, the Speedway, and many more things that were there for one reason....to ...

Too Small for too many people

Since when do ships charge for room service? This one charges $5 for breakfast and $10 for any other time of the day. The buffet is very small and seating is almoat always full. Excursions are way over priced. Sure, lets give you that discount because we marked them up so much even with a discount you'd be over paying. Venues are too small to host most events. The lines start 30min plus ...

I had read bad reviews on this ship but loved the itinerary, which turned out they missed the 2 ports I chose the cruise for, then gave us only $25, while on their other ships they got more $$$ and discount on future cruise. The food was better than a diet I lost 10lbs plus it was so bad and so cold , strange because 1st couple days was great. There was mold rempant throughout ship ,passengers ...

The worst customer service

I didn't choose this cruise. I went because of a cancellation. While most had booked 2 years earlier, I booked 4 months prior to sail. There wasn't any time to research and if I had, I would have declined. From the beginning it was chaotic at best. When I say nobody knows what they are doing, they really don't. We had to spend 4 days at sea because of icebergs. Yes, our safety was important but ...

One and done

Talk about waits. We waited hours to get a bus from Newark to the port to board ship. Nobody knew what they were doing and when more buses were coming. First night never notified of time change. Stood in a line for 3 hours to hand in my duty papers before we got to the UK. Four days straight at sea with nothing to do due to icebergs. Late for excursions because two tenders broken down for ...

The most unorganized, unprepared and uninformed cruise ever.

Review for a Europe - All Cruise on Norwegian Dawn

We were booked for three, back to back cruises. Cruise #1 departed N.Y.C. with less than 1000 guests aboard. Initially, the lack of crowding made for pleasant sailing. It soon became evident that there was a problem aboard. The staff were masked 100% of the time, and seemed a little "distant" in their interactions with guests. We docked in Halifax, no problems. We enjoyed 4 sea days and an ...

We chose this cruise to celebrate my partner's birthday with a transatlantic crossing that included many destinations on our bucket list. We have been on other cruises in the Mediterranean and also South America - they were fabulous experiences that cemented our enjoyment of cruising. What we didn't know was that Cunard really only cater for people over 70. For people in this age category the ...
