I choose this cruise because of the port of embarkation. The boarding process was horrific even though I had checked in online when I got to the port it was congested and I waited in line for one hour before being processed. We have cruised over 20 times. This was our first time on Norwegian. Very disappointed with the service in the dining rooms, it took over 2 1/2 hours for dinner service. Been on Norwegian many times and most of them were nice.However, I think NCL needs to make some changes so everyone can enjoy the ship more.The pool was too deep for us to swim in,why cant they make one end of the pool about 4 1/2 to 5 ft instead of 5"7" to over 6 ft deep.
