I have sailed Norwegian several times and and enjoyed our trips. We found that the ship was understaffed in the dining room, and at the bars. The only reason I am giving this 2 stars is because we had an Amazon cabin steward, the bar tenders at the Red Frog on the Lido Deck were friendly, and the manat the Java station knew my husbands name.
