I have been on many cruise lines and enjoyed them all. This was the worst experience I have ever had. They charge $7.95 for every room service order! They charge $.99 a minute to get on the internet unless you pay a $100+ fee, and that still limits your time. Our shower was consistently lukewarm or cold. They take forever to make any repairs and we we usually got a message to call back later. ...

Specialty dining: considering the food we had in Manhattan during the cruise we found it to be far and above the best restaurant on the ship. We found nothing special at all about the specialty restaurants. I don't like to write negative reviews, I always try to be positive, but you need to know this before you spend your money on the Breakaway!!

I was on 3 back to back cruises. 2 with Carnival and 1 with Norwegian. I expected more for the price of the cruise, but the staff was extremely rude, the pubic spaces are way too small so it was always overcrowded and the restaurants,buffet areas were always understaffed. I will not be cruising with Norwegian again.

Worst cruise ever! Terrible food, poor customer service, very few activities for kids! The food in the Buffett and main dining room was not up to par of others cruises I have been on.
