I have been on many cruise lines and enjoyed them all. This was the worst experience I have ever had. They charge $7.95 for every room service order! They charge $.99 a minute to get on the internet unless you pay a $100+ fee, and that still limits your time. Our shower was consistently lukewarm or cold. They take forever to make any repairs and we we usually got a message to call back later. ...

The Breakaway had just undergone a refurb not too long ago so everything had the new look and feel. Our cabin had nice carpeting. The bed was reasonably comfortable that we slept soundly every night.

Just finished a 10 day cruise the Carribean with stops in Honduras, Belize etc.
