Starting off on a positive note, it is evident the culture on this ship is focused around excellent service. Somewhere between 95-99% of the staff is incredible at their job. I choose this cruise for a mommy and daughter's birthday present. Embarkation was a BREEZE!! Once aboard, we immediately grabbed something to eat from Guy's burgers. Yes, it is soo good. We just got off today (1/12/20) and I can say I would without a doubt never go back on this ship again. We are carefully considering never to cruise Norwegian again and we’ve only ever cruised with Norwegian previously.

Our family group of 8 persons (ages 18-82) wanted to celebrate New Years together on a cruise. We have enjoyed NCL together before, but definitely not this time.
This ship was had too many people (5000) which meant you were in line for EVERYTHING! You had to make reservations for the free shows, but still stand in line to get entrance for a good seat. Why make reservations?

First time on Norwegian, we are Diamond level members on Royal Caribbean.
The only things that stood out on this cruise were the entertainment: Burn the Floor, Million $ Quartet, the 2 late night comedy shows, magician Matt Johnson, and Cirque Dreams and Steam. Very professional and enjoyable.

We chose this cruise because the price was good. We got what we paid for. We were very disappointed in the lack of activities. Most of the activities cost money.
Not much to do for kids unless they go to the kids club.
Bathrooms smell like urine and the shower didnt drain.
Overall, food in buffet and main dining rooms wasnt impressive. Guy's burgers was about the best.
