Disney is taking really good care of the Wonder

Review for a Panama Canal & Central America Cruise on Disney Wonder

The Disney Wonder is the last ship I sailed pre-pandemic in January 2020. Although the ship looked in decent shape then, DCL had the Wonder spend some time at a drydock during the pandemic and the room and common areas felt "refreshed" although nothing significant had changed. This near 25-year old ship, on the outside, looks better than some of the 5 years old ship from a major ...

New Orleans to Seattle, through the Panama Canal

Review for a Panama Canal & Central America Cruise on Norwegian Pearl

We wanted to sail through the Panama Canal, and along the way, we made stops at Cartagena, Columbia; Costa Rica; Leon, Nicaragua; Antigua, Guatemala, Acapulco, Mexico; Cabo San Lucas, Mexico; Los Angeles and finally Seattle. We live three hours from Seattle, and it was great not having to fly across the country again to get home. We loved Jim Badger's piano playing and jokes onboard each ...

Amazing re-positioning cruise from New Orleans to Seattle via Panama Canal

I chose this cruise because of the multiple ports offered many of which I had not visited. The Norwegian Pearl is a beautiful well maintained ship which is staffed by the most amazing crew ever. I have cruised multiple times and have enjoyed most all of the staff on all my cruises, but the Pearl's staff seemed to genuinely enjoy their work and their coworkers. They were all friendly and ...

Cruise of a lifetime!

Prior to our cruise we spent 4 days in New Orleans. Very fun city. Restaurants we would recommend are: The Joint (BBQ) Katies (one of the best meals I have ever had) and the Cafe Cakery for breakfast. We chose the cruise based on the itinerary through the Panama Canal. We enjoyed Belize and the private island. We were looking forward to Costa Rica and Guatemala that were also on the ...

Choose this cruise for the Panama Canal itinerary. Had great weather which helps, but really an amazing cruise start to finish. Ship was in great shape, staff were fantastic and hard working. Met lots of great people. I was very impressed with this NCL cruise. Food was great and available all the time so were cold drinks. Buffet is laid out nicely so line ups are minimal. It was so popular ...

We were an extended family group with teenage children and a grandparent and chose this cruise because it appeared to cater for all our different ages and also for the number of port stops. We booked all our own shore excursions which mostly worked out well. This was the 1st time any of us had been on a cruise and we loved it. The ship felt quite luxurious, food and entertainment was ...

This was our 27th cruise, our 4th on Norwegian. Our cruise was a 9-day cruise, with 6 ports of call (Costa Maya, Grand Cayman, Guatemala, Roatan, Belize, and Cozumel.) Our cruise package included the Ultimate Beverage Package, 3 nights of upscale dining, and $200.00 shipboard credit, which we feel was a great deal! My husband and I traveled to New Orleans from Houston by car the day ...

Liked the ease of leaving from New Orleans; Great prices on this cruise; good ports that we wanted to visit (like Grand Cayman and Cozumel); and really enjoy the specialty restaurants on NCL. Find that I do better booking tours either through Costco or Viator rather than through NCl. Smaller tours and not quite as much hassle getting off the boat. I also love the fitness facilities on ...

The itinerary was a determining factor. I am disabled and confined to a wheel chair and our cabin 10644 was a complete disaster for me and I did have an accessible room. As you opened the door to the cabin the was a steel pole right inside which was difficult to maneuver around. The access to the balcony was really messed up, the ramp going to the balcony was obstructed by the bed by about 6 ...

9 days in the Western Caribbean. Ship was beautiful. Just the right size. Very clean. Enjoyed all the food. Entertainment was excellent except for two acts. They may not have been my cup of tea. The theater seats need a major over haul. They are not comfortable at all. That is the only thing I could complain about. Cabin was beautiful even had a bathtub. Cabin steward handled everything. Always ...
