Background: This is our 4th NCL cruise, 2x Epic and POA. We traveled with our 20 something kids and had a balcony and 2 inside rooms. We were offered an upgrade to the Haven shortly before our cruise and we jumped on it. The Haven experience is the best I've ever had on a cruise ship. The only down side was we were offered a two bedroom villa, but on arrival found the second bedroom to be the size of a closet with no window.
