First Time Cruiser • Age 50s

New Orleans is a marvelous port to embark/disembark from. However, Grandeur of the Seas is the poorest excuse for a cruise ship I've ever been on. The dining room service was the ONLY redeemable aspect of this cruise I can find. Our waiter Bellage and his assistance Gideon were marvelous, as was the head-waiter and our bar service person. The food was well-prepared, if not exactly 5-star. ...
