New Orleans to Canada & New England Cruise Reviews

I've been on Norwegian before and thought the re positioning cruise out of New Orleans looked good. Price was right, but I was wrong. Not only was the ship dirty and poorly run, but the bathroom stalls in neither the men's nor women's stalls would always unlock from the inside. Quite a few, including myself got locked in.
