We have been on Royal Caribbean before and have always found the ships and service to be fabulous. This cruise and this ship were neither of these things. This was our first cruise and we loved it. Royal Caribbean staff were all very good and focused on ensuring we had a great time. We arranged our own travel to and from the ship which went well. The check in process was fairly seamless inc our bags being taken from back of taxi to our cabins so we could immediately enjoy and explore the ship.

Boarding in Southampton is so easy and the staff are very informative. Unfortunately there had been an outbreak of norovirus on the previous cruise but staff gave us all the advice we needed for us to stay bug free for the 2 weeks cruising.

The was not a classy cruise. More like benidorm on sea! And some of the tattooed specimens on board would have been more at home there. Far too overcrowded.
