This was our first cruise with RC. We chose this ship for the itinerary: ABC islands. Unfortunately, we could not dock in Aruba due to high winds, but hey, it's Mother Nature. No one really wanted to go to Nassau AGAIN....but at least the captain found us another port...HA! We arrived at the Miami port around noon. We were in our cabin by 1:30! Luggage did not come to our room until ...

We have been on approximately 11 cruises, seven of which have been on RCCL. We chose this cruise because it was going to four places we had never been to before. We will remember this cruise for all the wrong reasons. While this cruise had a number of minor annoyances, the two major issues were the fact that the cruise to Aruba did not go to Aruba, and the snorkeling excursion in Bonaire did ...

This was our ninth cruise in the Caribbean; the entertainment on the ship was fine, a good crowd overall friendly and inviting. The meals in the dinning room were of decent quality with excellent service. The buffet was the same cheap offering daily low quality meats with cold "warm meals" it was the same offering every day with no change, although we found breakfast and the evening meal to be ...

Traveled with my family of 6 and extended family of 20 for our 3rd cruise as a group. Food was sub par, not good at all. Many times served cold and most times was not good. Charging for room service delivery is a disappointment. Coffee or something small on balcony was something I looked forward to. Entertainment was high school level at Best. Service was not as good as years past. ...

Recognition for outstanding service to the Diamond Lounge Concierge JJ. She was such a delightful person and truly the only highlight of my cruise vacation. She made us feel at home at the diamond lounge and was soo attentive to our needs and concerns. She was the best and only good thing we had on this cruise. Now I would like to bring up certain issues I have regarding this cruise ...

The only thing I can say about this cruise were the workers. They all were fabulous but the rest of the ship you can have. The buffet had the same things everyday and were the cheapest food you can find. The main dining room and our servers were fabulous and so was the food. The entertainment was awful. The singers and dance show was I would say, as bad as a kindergarden show and the sound was so ...

Specialty dining service was absolutely terrible across all 3 venues I tried. Food was inedible at Sabor and Filet's over cooked at Chops & Giovannis. Too much upselling of everything including specialty restaurants which are not special at all. Diamond Lounge Concierge absolutely ruined my trip, you can see my full review if you are interested in finding out more about how he helped me ...

Worn Ship with Deteriorated Service

Eighth cruise with Royal Caribbean, and thought we would be loyal to this cruise line forever, but this will be our last one. Staff has been significantly cut back and service has suffered. The overall appearance of the ship is run down and dirty. A fellow passenger said that he'd been on the same ship a year ago, and although he'd got a lot of gray hair over the year, he didn't get as old as ...

We have been cruising for many years, and had over 20 cruises with different cruise lines. We came with our family and this was really a bad experience for us. You should look for other cruise lines as Royal Caribbean tries to make money on the expense of quality and services. They will rip you off with all kind of charges. On Labadee, which is actually the ship-on-shore, as it is a private area of ...

Vacation ruined by Navigator of the Seas

GENERAL: We have cruised many times and experience has taught me to look at a reviewers experience level - i.e. new cruisers think everything is great, but experienced cruises see more objectively. Our vacation was ruined by Navigator of the Seas. EMBARKATION: * Complete disgraceful mess * * * * * much worse than other ports * No communication, no one outside the building providing ...
