We chose this cruise because of the really great itinerary. We stopped at Haiti, Bonaire, Curacoa and Aruba with 4 sailing days. We were in port at Labadee (Haiti) until 5pm, at Aruba until 6pm, at Bonaire until 8pm and stayed in Curacoa until 11pm so we really had a chance to explore and enjoy the Islands. Go to better, cleaner Caribbean islands (Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao)
As a Diamond + traveler and using Jr. Suites, we had access to the Diamond and Concierge Lounges.
How they screwed all diamond plus travelers by eliminating the concierge lounge and dumping all diamond+ travelers to the diamond lounge, small, no view, overcrowded, dark, etc

I wanted to try out the newly renovated ship. $113 M spent, looks like mostly for new water slides and pool decor. Air conditioning was not up to par, even crew was complaining about the heat. Several elevators not working for most of the cruise. Seats broken in the theater and ice rink. Bathrooms near Windjammer not working at first. Holes in tile wall.
