We booked our cruise with Cruise Village who were amazing througout the whole booking process.
We drove to Southampton & check in was seamless everyone was extremely helpful. Boat & staff were amazing. Food outstanding!! Kids clubs were great my 3 young children loved it.
We loved waking up in a different place most days. Particularly loved Valencia & Lisbon.

Embarkation at Southampton was excellent, very fast and efficient and we were onboard by 10.45am. Cold, wet and windy weather meant a rocky journey to Gibraltar and the Royal Parade was extremely busy as everyone was indoors for 2 days. While overall we enjoyed the cruise it wasn't a patch on last years Rhapsody of the Seas.

The ship is starting to look tired and a little shabby in some places i.e. Carpets and stairs on the pool deck. But the cleanliness on board is second to none and the staff work tirelessly to ensure your holiday is the best.

Ship was in generally good shape. Some wear but upkept well. Clean roomy ship, bright and cheery. Easy on, easy off. Well organized and pleasant staff. We traveled with mostly folks from Great Britain (we’re from Chicago, USA) and they were terrific. Courteous and friendly.

This is our 6th cruise and 5th with Royal Caribbean. We were on Navigator last year for a Baltic cruise and even booked this cruise onboard, but we were a lot less impressed this time around.

Travel Agent recommended by a friend & cruise recommended by the Travel Agent. Brilliant cruise experience, no issues will definitely do it again with Royal Caribbean & this ship. Boarding in Southampton is so easy and the staff are very informative. Unfortunately there had been an outbreak of norovirus on the previous cruise but staff gave us all the advice we needed for us to stay bug free for the 2 weeks cruising.
