Dirty ship, slow internet, and elevators need serious reprogramming.

Honestly, this trip was a huge wash for my wife and I. We went here to celebrate our Honeymoon with her family, and we couldn’t be more disappointed. Let’s start at the check-in and boarding process... In effort to ensure no sick individuals are boarding the ship, RCI has everyone fill out a health form. This is great in theory; however, it wasn’t consistent across everyone who checked in. ...

This cruise was chosen for us by our sons and family. It was to celebrate our 50th anniversary. They choose well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our servers in the Sapphire dining room, Amergail and Desran were wonderful. Staff in the Windjammer also, were friendly and nice. Kept keeping the tables clean and brought something you needed. Entertainment was very good as well. Housekeeper ...

We knew there would be "some" children on this cruise because it was over Thanksgiving, we DID NOT expect 2,000 children, yes this number was confirmed at the front desk. R.C. has turned into a cheap Disney cruise. R.C is catering to the family unit and now that I am a diamond member, I have taken a back seat to 10 year old brats !!! On our first night we were standing in line for the main ...

MOLD & BUGS

This was my first cruise and the whole experience was awful. Room was very dirty, moldy toilets, strong mold/mildew smell in cabin, air filter was black with mold, and the water in the room came out milky white. Trash was left in can and under bed. Spoke with front desk assistant manager and he was unwilling to help us or notify the Captain, it was 3:30am and multiple guests were sleeping in the ...

This was our first experience of Royal Caribbean but sadly, very likely to be our last. Embarkation and disembarkation went quite quickly and smoothly but that is about it for the positives. We did not choose or cabin as it was part of a package deal but found it to be one of the smallest inside cabins we have ever had, very cramped. It was not very clean and obviously had not been hovered in a ...

If you want to eat after 10 in the evening and want more then a roll or a burnt pizza. Entertainment was a joke the cruise director needs replacing. Example colouring by numbers as an afternoon entertainment. The cruise seemed to concentrate on people who were returning customers rather then new. Formal nights were a joke, you got dressed up to walk into the dining room for your evening meal ...

We chose this cruise after sampling a PandO cruise in May. we liked that so much that we wanted to go again soon - having a small child meant that we have to stick to school holidays and this cruise was the only one available. Even though it was October we thought there would be enough to do on board to make it enjoyable. How wrong we were. There was hardly anything to do away from the elements ...

Have just come back from this cruise and if you do not want to spend 14 nights without any sleep make sure you are not in room 9601or 9603. We spent every night being woken up at 1 and 3 in the morning by loud bangs and then the sound of gushing water. To be told that the main pipe ran through the room and they were emptying the Jacuzzi. On a positive note the main dinning room staff and room ...

First Time With Royal Caribbean That I’m Not Happy

I love to cruise and was extremely disappointed with this one. Gluten Free section in Windjammer was definitely not gluten free. Cleanliness in the Windjammer was not up to par. The stairs were filthy. On quite a few occassions there were no cups in the morning for coffee and no butter or peanut butter. When I asked to have peanut butter or butter one morning I was handed, from a cabinet, 2 ...
