Royal Caribbean Cruise Line is a great Cruise line!! The ships are BEAUTIFUL! We love walking onto the ship, going to the room set down our carry-on bag and then exploring. Speaking of rooms, the cabins are not so special, (unless you get a suite) because the ship has activitys, you only sleep in the room! When my family and I go to the dining room, we feel like royalty! It has a HUMOUNGUS chandelir and is just so beautiful! The entertainment and activities are probaly, hmm, the second best thing about a cruise. Not only is it a great time, but you also learn new things! The best part of a cruise is the ports. You get to see what life is like on an island, but you also learn new culture and beliefs! When you are on the ship, you are treated unbelivably amazing. You always have a towel animal on your bed and it is so fun! Read Less

Wife and I just got back from a 13 night Canaries cruise on Navigator of the Seas (sailed on 28th October 2016), we are diamond + members and this was our 17th cruise with RCI on numerous ships. Embarkation at Southampton: Very smooth no problems Dining: We were on a table for 10 but only one other couple ever turned up for the evening meals and they were fantastic company Terry and Audrey, our two waiters were great. The food was not up to the usual standard of RCI in our opinion, on some occasions only warm and not a great selection on the menu. We didn't book any excursions on board and did our own thing in each port, we would recommend doing the cable car and down in the baskets in Madeira this is great fun. Poolside entertainment was limited mainly due to the weather, service on board was good and all staff very helpful and pleasant.. Read Less

Ok so where to start, so many things to say. First of all, we had to wait 4 1/2 hours in line in the heat just to get on the ship. We never went to a terminal. It was a tent that was even hotter inside to wait in more lines. After a couple hours they finally started passing out water while we waited in line. We didn't leave until 6pm and when we got onboard there we didn't get to grab a bite to eat because we had to go immediately to the muster drill. By the this time we were starving and went looking for food. Could we find any? NO!!! We were supposed to wait for the dining room to open. I had an anxiety attack at this point and started crying and begging for food so I went up to one of the waiters and started yelling at them that I just wanted food and to sit down. Something to the effect of: "Can't we even get fed on this stupid ship? I just want some food and my feet hurt and I want to sit down already. We've only been waiting for hours in line!" Yes, embarrassing, but it happened. I've got to say they found me a seat and within two minutes moved us into the dining room. Probably to keep everyone else from rioting. After A glass of wine and some bread I started to calm down, ate and went straight to the stateroom and to bed. Everything was ok until we got to the royal Caribbean port in Haiti. We booked an excursion for jet skiing. With our friends. The staff on the excursion was rude and antagonizing. The chicks name was HANNAH and she gave us misinformation and was rude to us because we are middle age and treated us like we were geriatric. She almost let our friend drown because she didn't follow safety protocol or recommendations for the excursion. After 30 minutes of our friend in the water she decided to stop laughing and saying Ebro thing was cool and called for help. After the boat came and took our friends away we just wanted to be done and on our way. They charged us twice for the locker because of their mistake. The port shopping was horrible because the people are so aggressive and rude. Plus, they lie to you just to get you to buy. One guy actually got in my husbands face and told him "LOOK AT ME! I'm taking to you." The only good thing was that the ship provided food and beverages. On Wednesday night there was supposed to be a Latin pool party but the whole deck got flooded from the pools because the ship was rocking so badly since we sailed that it was cancelled because they were worried the band would get electrocuted. So were we. They told everyone to go to the Cosmopolitan Club to continue the party. That was a disaster. The do apparently didn't get the memo and some old lady started yelling and cussing at him that no one liked his music and to play something else. When he did, she started yelling at people to get up and dance, so we left. At 1am, said lady was leading a protest two decks below us, stomping and chanting "This stupid "A" (profanity) boat sucks!" because they closed the only dance club early. This went on for 30 minutes. At 4am there was an explosion and I thought the ship was sinking. Never found out what that was about. For the first 3 days the hallway smelled of sewer. There was only one dance club on the ship. The Latin band was awesome! But they only get a corner the deck and it was super crowded because it was the only place that had decent dance music. I called and bought a gift for my husband for our anniversary, which was on the 29th. I waited all day and nothing came. Next day we went to guest services and to find out what happened and they apologized for the error, which I they never said what happened but they ruined the surprise. They tried to make up for it and offered us a bottle of champagne, which we never recieved. They also offered us dinner at one of the premium restaurants to make up for it. That was nice, but ,y husband woke up sick and it wa on the last day of the cruise so I had dinner with my friend and not our anniversary dinner. So no anniversary celebration for us on the ship, thanks to ROYAL CARIBBEAN. Needless to say, we will never ever travel with them again. Worst vacation of our lives. Read Less

After driving to Miami, we made it through the port quickly. We had a little wait as they were still waiting on a few folks to disembark, but RCCL kept us in the loop as we waited in a comfortable waiting area. Once we were on board Navigator, we started to become familiarized with the beautiful ship. We were able to find Windjammer Cafe very easily because of the digital navigation boards and friendly staff. I was apprehensive about the cafe after a subpar experience in September on Enchantment of the Seas, but this was a completely different, entirely enjoyable experience. Our party of 6 was missing two people who slept in and traveled separately, but waiter Dennis greeted us, put together a table, and made us feel comfortable. Holding two extra seats wasn't an issue as the space in Windjammer on Navigator was ample for everyone boarding to dine. Dennis kept the drinks flowing and service was outstanding. The food was a typical Windjammer selection of classic favorites and some unique dishes that ensured anyone can find something- often too much- of what they enjoy. When our Junior Suite (JS) was ready, we opened the door to find a huge interior space and ample balcony area for the two of us. The other four with us had Oceanview Balcony staterooms that were very nice as well, but the JS was amazing. Note, we did book at the right time to get a JS upgrade at a great rate. The full size shower/tub combination and having extra space to stretch out in the room were worth the extra cost, but if I had to pay the full cost of a JS, I think we would have just kept an Oceanview Balcony since we pack light and don't hibernate in the room much- so a lot of the space went unused. We reserved the Chef's Table for our first night's dinner. When we learned that it would be in the Windjammer Cafe, everyone was on edge regarding what was to come. We totally underestimated what they would put together for us. The food and wine pairing was perfect and the unique cuisine was unimaginably awesome. If there could be a downside, it was that everything after that meal can't compare! However, subsequent nights' dining in the Sapphire main dining room included delicious food and generally excellent service (after a brief discussion with the assistant waiter on the first night). Bar service missed the mark a couple of times with incorrect or forgotten cocktails, but seemed to improve as well. Shows on board Navigator were great. Late night festivities were fun. The itinerary was a perfect mix of ports and sea days. Overall, our Navigator of the Seas cruise was an amazing experience with exceptional service with a price tag that didn't break the bank. It restored our faith in RCCL so much that we booked another cruise for next year! Read Less

Smoking allowed in the casino, you can smell it 3 decks up. Other cruise ship do not allow smoking in the casino. Last cruise on Celebrity we spent lot of time in the non smoking casino. Ship showing its age. Speakers on the ship extra loud we could not understand what they were saying. Food choices not so good, can you say ham, ham and more ham? Quality of food not that good I guess that they wanted us to eat at the specialty restaurants. Service OK. One day the room was not made until we had to go and get the cabin Stuart after 2pm. We had a different busboy every night for the 9 nights. Slow waiter we were almost the last ones leaving the dining room every night (early dining 6pm). Idiot passengers that insist on smoking in the balcony and ignoring you when you tell them that they are not allowed to smoke in the balcony. Read Less

The Navigator is both elegant and well maintained. But the crew seemed to have lost enthusiasm along with the company´s expansion of the fleet or some other kind of management crisis. Already during boarding expect to be treated like a 2´nd class passenger if you are not a frequent RCCL costumer or travelling in a suite. The main restaurant serves food of a high standard, and service is near perfect. Only other complimentary alternative is the Windjammer cafe which is extremely noisy and serving several hundred guests at the same time. The choise of food in the cafe is poor compared to other Companies, and for some reason you have to stand in line to get coffee from a crew member, while all other food and drink is on self service basis. These places are only open certain hours a day. In the lower deck is a small cafe which is open all day, but far to crowded when other alternatives are closed. Royal Caribbean promises most restaurants to be complimentary, and this i simply not true. You should expect a heavy pressure to try the non-complimentary restaurants from the crew. They addressed us while eating, resting and sunbathing as if we were at a Middle East Bazaar. There are no outside food options at all. Several alternatives exist for outdoor relaxing and bathing in quiet or more active surroundings. Unfortunately the sports programme is limited and frequent last minute cancellations took place during our cruise. Other times the crew member in charge didn´t know the rules of the game or simply ordered the game to be stopped prematurely. There are several offers for nighttime entertainment. The shows in the main theatre shows a steep decline compared to previous cruises with RCCL. But singers and piano players in bars and Casino managed to make for a fine atmosphere. If you are a foreigner be advised that Royal Caribbean insists on setling your account in your own currency (though they ask you to choose during the booking proces) at an exchange rate in their favour. You will benefit from insisting to settle the account in USD while on board, since credit Card Exchange rates are about 3% better. Read Less

Sailing to MIami for my recently widowed friend to meet her son who lives in USA. So disappointed with the entertainment. I would like to know why we were crammed into and standing up for quizzes in the piano bar when this activity is so popular, when the Star bar was empty and loads of seating. There was line dancing which was so popular it was full, but this was only offered once or twice, same with the Kareoke which was nightly at 9.45pm for 45 minutes but so popular again crammed, and poor, in house, Kareoke with not enough content why don't they afford ''Virtual DJ'' which you can purchase very cheap online. The ice show which I had seen before on another ship with fantastic costumes, was so disappointing almost hip hop in jeans and tee shirts I was disgusted having raved about it previously. The comedian on stage one night even commented ''oh someone in the audience laughed''. The only night it was great was when the Beatles tribute played but that was only once why didn't they use them somewhere else like the Star lounge as well. I could go on, but like Royal Caribbean I cant be bothered!!!!!! Read Less

This was my family's first cruise so we have nothing really to compare it to, however, we all LOVED this ship-its crew-the food-and the countries we visited. From day one, we were truly treated like guests. Our cabin steward Catherine-remembered all of our names (important) and went out of her way to make us feel at home. We loved the little towel creatures she created for us and the extra care she took in keeping our stateroom so homey and tidy. The shows were spectacular-especially the ice show. Our favorite restaurant was Giovani's and Andres provided the best of service. The Windjammer had a wonderful variety of foods and when they were closed-the cafe at Promenade filled in the gaps. The flow rider, rock wall and ice skating were a real treat and we often forgot we were on a ship in the middle of the ocean. If you have a family of teens or even young adults, they will LOVE this cruise experience! There is something to do for everyone. We will definitely cruise again and without a doubt-it will be Royal Carribean! Read Less

In general, the ship was well run, clean, and had a great variety of entertainment and activities. She's showing her age, and is definitely due for drydock and overhaul, but other than that I had no complaints about the Navigator itself. The ice skating rink was a nice touch, and the live shows both in Studio B and the Metropolis were excellent. The bartending staff was probably the best I've had on any cruise. Very personable, interacted heavily with the guests, and just generally all around fun folks. The entertainment director and the port shopping guide were both fantastic. The problem, however, came in with the food. As usual, the specialty restaurants were fantastic. Sabor was some of the best Mexican I've ever had, and Giovanni's was a solid option as well. Johnny Rockets was Johnny Rockets, you can't really go wrong with good burgers. However, that's where the good food ended. The main dining room's food was terrible. The vast majority of the dishes were the exact same food from the Windjammer buffet line - sometimes plated a little differently to disguise it, but sometimes it looked like someone literally just filled a plate and carried it down to serve to us. It was the single overriding complaint I heard from almost everyone we talked with, and it was so bad that by the midpoint of the cruise a good third of the tables were sitting empty every night. The quality and speed of table service contributed to this, with glasses sitting empty half the time and food taking over an hour to arrive after ordering, and then coming to the table lukewarm or cold. In most cases it was both faster and more satisfying to just eat in the Windjammer. A number of people complained, and the head waiter and dining room manager did their best to fix the service aspect - for the last four nights the head waiter for our section personally served our table and a few others who'd clearly complained as well. It was appreciated, but it shouldn't take a complaint to get decent service. Likewise, the last four nights the quality of the food dramatically improved, as I'm guessing at one of our ports we restocked with higher quality supplies. It doesn't excuse the first seven, though. If you're going to bill yourself as a world class dining experience, I expect better food than what I could get at Shoney's. That aspect really hurt our experience. I've cruised frequently - and often enough with RCI to know that that experience is not the norm, or at least wasn't the norm three years ago. For right now I'd have to recommend away from the line, particularly as I see a number of similar complaints from other cruisers. Read Less

Hi everyone, My wife and I took the little 5 day cruise to Nassau and Cozumel. It was my first time on on RCI and my wife's second. Our previous history includes Carnival (a long time ago, but a good time with the kids), Norwegian, then Celebrity. My wife saw a deal, and that was that. We purchased the drinks package and BOGO (the first 2 nights dinner package). We loved them both and would do both again. The Ship: She is in good shape. You can find something if you want to look hard enough. Some parts of her might be a little dated, but all in all, I thought she was pretty. We were in a standard balcony on deck 8. Plenty of storage, the A/C worked fine, the balcony was nice, if not huge. She is big enough to have most of the stuff RCI is known for without the need for months in advance reservations to see or use them. Reservations alone will keep me off of the bigger ships, I think. The Bars: The drink plan worked well, the bartenders were mostly very nice, but finding a good Bloody Mary was the challenge. A good Martini, no problem. Dining: Chops was excellent. Sabor was very good. Main dining dinners were surprisingly good We tended to eat late (8:30 or so) and got in and out in an hour. Didn't feel rushed either. The waiters were great, attentive without being obtrusive. Windjammer breakfasts were fine. Seemed to have everything but herring and English bacon. Windjammer lunches were another story. My wife and I had trouble finding much that was good. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. The Windjammer lunch is what makes this a 4 star cruise for us. Fellow Passengers: Diverse, young and old with an amazing number of kids. Well behaved kids. They may have started to crumble a little on the last night but a lot of us were slowing down by the last night too. Our fellow passengers were almost all fun, open, easy to talk to and a joy to be around. They were some of the nicest cruisers I have been around. What we did: Nassau. We didn't even get off the ship. We have been there a lot and decided to enjoy a quiet ship. We did and had a nice day. Cozumel. Went to Mr. Sanchos. Mr. Sanchos is a cheesy name for a really nice all inclusive day time resort. 2 pools with swim up pool bars, a nice beach with tables, chairs, umbrellas, and lounge chairs. The food, drinks, and service were great. We will go back if we ever end up in Cozumel again. Would we sail RCI again? We have to get over the lunches. You don't have a lot of choice for lunch unless you want to change your clothes and pay $20 per person to eat lunch at Sabor or Giovanni's. The Windjammer lunch just didn't really cut it for us. That being said, if the right cruise at the right price came along we would probably book it and would get by just fine. First world problems, 'eh? However, if I was a parent with little or not so little kids, I'd live on those ships. But not on 5 day cruises. Too short. Read Less

This was our 1st time on a Royal Caribbean ship. We chose it because we had never been 2 the "ABC" islands(Aruba,Bonaire,Curacao)&really wanted 2 visit those. (Was not happy about not being able 2 bring our 12pk sodas w/us----$$on ship too high!) Entertainment was very good, loved the ice show! The piano guy was wonderful! All the musicians & dancers were fabulous! Biggest complaint (besides soda issue) was that there is not much choice of "eats" offered on port days when u return from xcursions about 3-5pm totally starving after hiking, swimming,&don't go 2 dinner til 8:00pm! This has never been a problem on other cruise lines that offer hamburger grills, taco bars, even salad bars to tide us over til dinner @ 8:00+pm. The Cafe was only offering small(mostly bread)sandwiches& small, thin pieces of pizzas w/ looonnng lines as people returned from shore&we didn't want 2 stand in line & wait....... Read Less

We chose this cruise as we had never been on the ABC island itinerary plus Labadee, Haiti. I do have to say this is our 3rd time on the Navigator and 6th cruise, one being on the newest NCL. We love this ship. Even though it has shown signs of wear, it was truly a great time. Glad we took the 9 days instead of the usual 7. The ports were all ok, however, I get tired of all the jewelry stores, which all have the same things. I would rather give my money to the local citizens. People be aware of the store in Curacao where they offer their phone to you to use to call back to the United States to your "loved ones." They do this to get a phone number and then call your family (your family knowing you are over seas) and telling them they need money to get you out of jail, etc. It's a scam. Just be aware of this. The only thing we found to be bad was the bed! It was very hard, and I even brought my own foam 1" mattress. My husband and friends who were traveling with us said the exact thing. We had an awesome stateroom attendant, Ezra Tannis. HE WAS FANTASTIC!!! Fixed everything we told him about. No questions asked. Entertainment was great! Better than the brand new NCl we had gone on a year ago. I agree there should be something done different about people reserving chairs on the decks. Shame on them!!! I love this ship and we WILL be going back!!! Thank you. Read Less

We choose this cruise for the ship, itinerary, and great price. Flew in a day early and stayed at the Majestic in south beach. The following morning called uber and headed to port. Embankment: we arrived about 12:30 and so did everyone else or so it felt. But the lines moved along and we were on the ship in no time at all. I found the ship to be beautiful, and very clean. all the crew members were friendly and eager to please. Food: Windjammer very good with two cooked to order egg stations. They took you name and called you when your order was ready. Really eliminated the lines, and you could get your other breakfast items then pick up your eggs. Waitstaff would bring you, your beverages and refills quickly. Nice not to have to juggle your coffee, oj, and plate. Lunch had quite a selection. The only negative was the constant upselling of specialty restaurants while you were eating. We had 5 different crew members approach us while we were eating. after a few days this grows old. Main dining room: Beautiful decor. Waitstaff and food was wonderful. Service was a tad slow, but the ship was sold out. Room service: If you put your order out the night before they were right on time with it. Gave a phone call a couple of minutes before they arrived. Nice. Johnny Rockets: Great burgers and the milkshakes are the bomb. Shows: We saw two in the theater, song and dance type. They were just ok. The ice skating show was wonderful. : Cabins: very clean at all times Cabin steward was the best. We had high winds and rain on our first few days. After that really enjoyed the open decks and the pool area. Nice solarium as well. They had good sales in the promenade. We visited Labadee, Curacao, aruba, and Bonaire. Loved them all. I loved the ice skating and the girl did several hoola hoops at one time was spectacular. I enjoyed the oriental band think they were called blue waters. This was our 4th cruise in the last 8 years. We are from the Midwest and in our late 50's. We chose this cruise for the ports. Flew in and stayed the night before. Got to the port at 10:30am on ship by 11:45am. Most of the ship looks really good, some wear and tear, but who cares. We had balcony on deck 7. Plenty of space and attendant was nice and friendly. Beds are firm, and pillows are flat. Food in dining room was good, not great. Less options. Waiter was good, asst. waiter was learning. Windjammer was good not great, with not many healthy choices. Did not spend more money in special restaurants. When booking we requested a table for 6 (at 8pm), we got a table for 10. One couple never showed up and some others missed some nights to go to specialty places. We did enjoy talking to the two couples that were there most nights. The whole dining room was half empty all week. Kind of boring. Had drink package, no problems getting what we wanted, but bar service was slow. There were waiters walking around pool, but seemed to also take a long time to get drinks from them. Some drinks made differently depending on bar. Activities were varied, and sometimes not on time, or not much participation. Some music events were scheduled, but sometimes didn't happen. Singers and dancers were really good, and jazz orchestra was outstanding. They have such a variety. Cruise director was OK, but AD was boring and typical. Fitness center was well equipped but warm. Avoided the Casino as we hate smoke. CC Meet and Mingle was a joke and insult to us long time members. It was scheduled at 11:30am before we cruised. The day of the cruise some people got notice in cabin of the change to 10am. Many people missed it. Basically it was just a raffle, and then get out of the club because they had another event happening. Late night dancing did not have much action as the DJ is not so good. There were different musicians and entertainers each night at different locations. They were mostly really good. Did all RC shore excursions and they were good. Although during the Kayak trip at Labadee the leader stopped at a little beach so the residents could push their stuff. We arrived back to port on time in Miami. Getting off was somewhat organized, but at one point they just started telling everyone to get off. There were lines for customs, but once at the official....they said OK and good bye without much review. We would sail RC again. Read Less

The ship was mostly great. My wife and I thought that the beds were not up to par for most ships in the fleet. My mother is in a wheelchair. Deck 5 is the most used deck to go front to back. Our staterooms were forward and dining in the aft. With everything going on and all the stuff that is on display in the center of the walk space really makes it hard to get around. I know RCL wants to separate people from their money, but putting the displays on the sides would make more since. This ship had a large amount of handicapped people onboard, but we see more and more handicapped on cruises. This is wonderful! Running into people with a wheelchair who suddenly stop to look at sale items in not. Escargot at each dinner. My favorite! Always a great menu! If you are lucky enough to have the entertainer David Curtis Mutter on your cruise do not miss him. He plays and sings for 3 hours NON STOP! WOW! The best I have seen in many years. He is a MUST SEE! This was a spring break trip with my family. This was our 5th cruise but 1st with RCL. We flew into Miami on the day the cruise was leaving since we booked the flights with Royal Caribbean. We arrived just fine and were put on a bus and taken to the ship, no problems. The ship is very pretty and looks pretty well maintained except for some of the artwork around the ship. The shadow boxes seem to feature different types and styles of fashion. Many of the objects were covered in at least an inch of dust, dresses displayed behind the glass were falling apart and again covered in a ton of dust. If its something that is falling apart - it should be removed and replaced. We were happy about the hand sanitized stations all over the ship. Nobody in our group got sick so that was a good thing. We stayed in an inside cabin for the first and last time. I wanted to experience it since I am a travel agent, I did not want to suggest a type of room unless I had stayed in one. The room was smaller than my bathroom, it really was - we measured it when we came home. How they expect 4 people to stay in that room is crazy. The bathroom was very tiny and it was hard to turn around in the shower, you could sit on the toilet and wash your hands at the sink at the same time. They don't change the sheets in your room ever- there was a small red mark on my side of the sheets and it was always there. The floor in our room was only cleaned once after we brought sand in on our shoes from Cozumel. Shopping on the ship was bad, everything was cheaply made but expensive. The shopping on other ships we have been on was wonderful, this was just bad. Johnny Rockets was the only place that had warm food and good service. When we ate at the Windjammer Cafe (buffet) the selection was not very good, there was no service, the food was cold and it was hard to a seat. In the main dining room it took a long time to get our food, it was always cold unless it was ice cream and that was usually pretty well melted. We all had the soda package but we had to go to the bar and they took everyone who needed mixed drinks first so we waited a long time. Most of the entertainment was boring, we love going to the shows on the other ships we have been on. This ship only offered one show an evening and all except one was so boring (unless you are 70 years old) The first show was a ballroom dancing show so we thought it would be like Dancing with the Stars type of show but, it started with the song Moon River ... and just got worse. I was jealous of the people who were able to walk out, we were stuck in the middle of a row so we could not sneak out. Then we saw the ice skating show - it was nice but the one skater kept falling down. They had a Bon Jovi tribute band on another night and since we love Bon Jovi we enjoyed that show. We missed the show on the last night so I can't comment about that one. Overall the service on the ship was not friendly. The staff was super serious and not cheerful or outgoing. We had to flag down to get any help. I use a motorized scooter and it seemed to annoy the staff. We have sailed on 4 other Carnival Cruises and they were always helpful, friendly, outgoing and just so much better in every way. The only Wow we had was the Wow why didn't we sail on Carnival again. We love to snorkel on our cruises and were really excited to take a tour in the Bahamas but we were not in port long enough to take the tour we were really wanted to take. We took a tour with the cruise line, it was ok. We were only in the water about an our and it only stopped in one place. In Cozumel - we have been there 5 times in the past so we did our own excursion and spent the day at a resort, we had a nice day. On Carnival they have a long pier but they allow rickshaw drivers to pick you up and take you to the shopping area, you just give them a tip but, they don't have any on RCL so it makes it hard if you can't walk far distances. I traveled with my husband, 13 year old daughter and 11 year old son. They did not like this cruise either. It would be great if you just wanted to get on a ship, lay out in the sun and go to bed early. We will never go on this ship again. I already booked another cruise on RCL for Christmas but, I am going to see if that ship has better reviews or I am going to cancel it and go on NCL or Carnival. Being a travel agent, I would not suggest this ship for anyone under 70 years old. Read Less

My friend invited me to join her and her family and friends. I had never been on a cruise before, but turning 50 I am changing things up a bit and trying NEW things! I had the best time. I have the Sunburn to prove it!! Swam with dolphins in Cozumel, shopped in Nassau, loved the food, the service, the everything! JEVI was the best waiter and James the best Cabin service of all time!! The Ice dancing show was great, Quest was so fun, I took my bra off!!!! The Belly Flop and sexiest guy competitions were hilarious! The comedian was terrific, the Hair band imitator was awesome! The all inclusive cocktails were magnificent, (but there could have been more bar staff to serve our needs....we waited quite a while for drinks) The 5night seemed the perfect time away. Can't wait to get back on one of these ships!! LOVED IT!!! I'll be Back!! :) Read Less

A family member researched and planned the cruise for a family getaway. We arrived at the ship and were able to board. The process was very smooth and organized. . We were informed that lunch was being served in the Windjammer. The variety of food was excellent and it was prepared very well. We reviewed the Compass everyday to plan our activities and there was always several activities that we would attend. Service was excellent, however one family member was not receiving some of the perks that the others were receiving, towel animals. One call and the problem was corrected. We did several shore excursions. All of the excursions were enjoyed and very informative. One family member did book another cruise while onboard. We did notice that some items/furniture on the ship should be cleaned/dusted. The baseboard or ledge above the baseboard in the rooms, customer service desk and other areas of the ship were dusty. Also items that were hanging from the ceiling of the promenade were very dusty. This is a problem for individuals with allergies. Overall the cruise was very enjoyable. Thank you! Read Less

We chose this cruise as it was an organized dance cruise with several of our friends. We were a group of 100. We had organized dance classes in the conference room. The only problem was dancing on carpet but we all managed. The entertainment was great. The photographers were great at capturing pictures every night. It was a great idea to be able to just buy a digital USB. I purchased the total package and took lots and lots of pictures during the cruise. Loved the piano play on the 4th floor. He drew a large crowd every night he was on. Music and dancing was everywhere. It was hard to get to everything. There was skating, rock climbing, wave rider, miniature golf, basketball, pink pong, a great walking, running track, and a fabulous gym. I didn't go to the Spa but it looked first class. The dining room was beautiful and the service was great. We really enjoyed ourselves. Now back to reality. Read Less

We chose this vacation to get away and enjoy the sun, participate in lots of activities as well as relax and have some down time. This cruise covered all our expectations and more. We spent 2 days in Miami prior to the ships departure touring Lincoln Blvd. and Ocean Dr. We also spent time around the pool at our beach front hotel and on the beautiful Miami beach itself. Embarkation went very smoothly, and the only issue with disembarkation we had was that we didn't want to go home. The Navigator of the Seas is considered a smaller ship, but it is still very large with 3500 guests and 1700 staff and it's a very pretty ship. The cabins are a good size and I would never cruise without a balcony, to me a balcony is a little quite place in all the excitement where you can just get away sit back and relax. It doesn't matter where you eat on the ship, the food is fantastic, it really just depends on what your mood is at the moment. The ships entertainment and activities are very good and accommodate everyone from small children to seniors. Finally, you will visit some of the most beautiful countries in the world no matter what Royal Caribbean ship you are on with staff who provide professional and outstanding service. We can't wait for our next adventure. Read Less

To anyone who is looking for a cruise line Royal Caribbean is the way to go. I have only been on the Navigator of the Seas but spoke with other passengers who have enjoyed so many other of their cruise ships and destinations. The service, cleanliness and food is wonderful. All the staff are always willing to help or ask if you need any assistance. There is a large variety to do at all times or you can just veg out, the relaxation factor is superior. You also have many options to keep you busy at all times. The food selection is very good and fresh. The ports were all fun with a lot to do. There could have been a better variety in shopping and quick grab snacks in the Windjammer but all around the entire experience was a total success.. I highly recommend Royal Caribbean for anyone including families. Read Less

The ship was in great condition, clean, well kept, and easy to navigate around. The crew were remarkable and always happy to help. Our cabin steward could not have been any better. Room was always clean and neat every time we walk out of it. The food was very good. A decent variety of food each day but if you like any particular items they would do there best to accommodate your requests. The main dining room service was extremely nice. Both our head waiter and assistant waiter were the best we have ever had. Always helpful and quick. I do feel the quality of the food has gone down from past cruises but that could be so that some guests will opt for the fine dining that cost more money. Read Less
