AWFUL: PADI service. We understand the policy of not serving kids under 12 years old. I would have given this cruise 5 stars but for the unfortunate boarding experience in the parking lot at Miami.....My husband and I got on very quickly (1/2 hour)....but then had to watch our luggage sit in the parking lot and not loaded until 6pm. We chose this cruise for the cost and for the islands visited. Not having to drive down to Miami was also a big plus. We had never cruised on one of the larger ships. This was our second RCI cruise, first one was on Freedom. Ships almost identical except for size. Embarkation was very slow and line identification poor. Finally on board and walked through Windjammer three times looking for available table before going to Cafe Promenade. Balcony cabin was spotless and very comfortable.
