Great cruise director, but no covid policy enforcement
"Had to rent a car to get home due to the positive test and us not wanting to expose the airport or plane.I was only able to use our balcony for about an hour due to the smokers next door...."Read More

Love that RC is now on the west coast, so much closer to home. Booked as a mother daughter trip for her graduation. Upgraded as a surprise to a JS, even though not many perks apply to this level ship. Was not able to check in priority with the suites, was sent to main line, so one perk not honored. Check in guy said well this is close enough.Well that was a perk but ok. Once onboard you can tell ...

This was the first RCL cruise for us, we have been on 30 cruises. My wife’s brother had booked and we wanted to go with them. The cruise was a 7 day out of Los Angeles, not sure why CC has it as a 3 day Bahama cruise,? Getting on board was very easy, a little congestion at baggage check in, but on board in 30 minutes. The rooms were good and we like the couch which is not standard on Princess, ...

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this cruise!!! Customer service was fantastic! Food was delicious, EXCEPT in the Main Dining room Chef's Table, Chops, Jamie’s, and Izumi were amazing! Our ports of shore were on point as well Cabo San Lucas - Pedi cab to lunch at Club Cascadas de Baja, then swam in the ocean. Mazatlán - Ship Private Beach and Resort excursion to ...

Fantastic time at 25% capacity

I booked this cruise last minute as the price was right. I was excited to learn once we got onboard that there were only 1100 guests onboard. The ship constantly felt empty. Even at normally busy times. There was never a wait for elevators and it was always easy to find a seat in any venue. I felt a little bad for the crew that this sailing was so empty. This ship itself looked fantastic. ...

We heard that cruise lines were limiting capacity in light of COVID and the recent return of the cruise industry. Not wanting to fly and looking for a family vacation for our small family of 3 from Orange County, CA, we decided to book this Mexican Riveria cruise leaving from nearby Long Beach, California. In October, we received an email stating that the stateroom we reserved was not available ...

First Cruise - Good dinner, entertainment hit or miss, cigarette smoke horrible

Dinner in main dining room - Excellent. We made our reservations the night before, or the morning of the same day of dining. Overall the food was very good. Service was great. Upon learning of dietary restrictions, the staff went extremely above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Prime rib cooked to perfection. Lunch as Mexican Bar - (included) - a great place to grab a meal or a ...

OVERRUN SPRING BREAKERS

This was one of the last cruises before the COVID-19 outbreak took down the cruise lines. I was not on spring break--I'm an actual, real adult that doesn't need to get drunk and vomit all over a cruise ship. The college idiots overran all public areas day and night and were very noisy in the stateroom areas all night long. Despite complaints, the ship staff made no attempts to control them. ...

We chose this cruise because I it was kid friendly. We celebrated 60th and 40th birthdays and went with a large group. Cons When contacting customer service before our trip, our group was misinformed many times. Not as baby friendly has we hoped. We brought our 9 month old baby. Couldn’t get a high chair the first night and almost didn’t get one the second night. Had to go on a scavenger ...

This was our first cruise so there is a lot to unload! I hope that any first timer can take something from this :) We are a family of 4 myself, my husband and our daughters 9 and 10. My husbands biggest fear in the world was flying. We have been together for 20 years and I suffered for the last 20 years.lol. So when our daughter made it to the pop warner cheer nationals in Disney he quickly ...

I went on a Birthday party trip for a family member. The food was not good nor was a variety of free food available during party hours on the boat. We kept having to pay for food. We had to pay for sodas. The sofa table was hard and uncomfortable. No mattress was given. We complained every day and was not accommodated at all. We were given extra blankets to pad the hard surface but that did ...
